There was a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom the first night we arrived. Following night, a group of young hockey players were playing hockey right outside our room in the hallway. They were there the whole weekend.

A young school group was staying at the hotel at the same time. The hallways were filled with unsupervised children, running and yelling until nearly midnight. We asked them to quietly down but they completely ignored us. We asked staff and they said they have been dealing with it for the past few days.

The room was very comfortable and clean. I slept well! Which is unusual for nights away from home. The proximity to UMASS Amherst can’t be beat.

Clearly recently renovated property on Rout 9 with easy access to restaurants, movie theater, grocery stores. Walking would be a challenge. Starbucks around the corner

Bravo Choice Hotels!

We were very pleased that this property is moving in an eco-friendly direction! (We hope it is a chain-wide commitment.) Reducing housekeeping visits, with associated wash loads and plastic trash can liners is something everyone should be doing. Even the stirrers in the coffee valet packets were made of wood. I would like to see a return to non-plastic drinkware, but they are making strides forward. The hotel and our room were immaculate, and the common areas were cheery and well-lit. We ony wish there had been a second chair in our room. But the coup de grâce of our visit was that the housekeeping staff was given Thanksgiving day off!
