Room was never cleaned.even after a request, the request was denied...had to ask for towels twice requested a refill of conditioner was ignored.. Breakfast was dessimated by 8:30 Monday and not refilled..breakfast ended at 9..front desk was curt and actually hing up on our room clean request. The TV did not work, it was all digitized and garbled..maybe some corporate training would help? Service was definitely not up to Hilton standards, I would not recommend.

Clean and good service.

We had to come for a tough family trip and a funeral. Despite the hotel forgetting to come do turndown service for the three nights we were there, we had a great trip. Service was great and the facilities were in great shape. They ran out of blankets and towels one night and the manager was so sorry and grabbed some pool towels for us!

Room for sure not ready till 3PM but staff very friendly. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good. Whomever made the pulled pork tacos for breakfast deserves a promotion. Super tasty. Also the room size was better than expected.

This is a great hotel! Staff is great. Breakfast was fabulous, especially the slow cooked pork tacos. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view of trees and greenery. Beds were perfect! Indoor pool, gym, laundry facilities are a nice addition. We visited nearby colleges with our daughter. We walked across the street to take the free PVTA bus into Amherst. Shopping mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks are across the street.
