Stuff is amazing; very convenient location, free parking and free breakfast. Bed are not that comfortable but we only stayed there for one night. Would come back.

Very convenient to activities at UMASS and downtown Amherst. Parking a breeze, safe and clean. Great variety of food choices too. Hotel has nice simple breakfast, coffee, cookies and fruit available all day. Friendly and super helpful staff too.
Not good. I will never stay here again. Go to a bed and breakfast. This hotel is no where near as nice as they make it look online.
UMass Campus Center Hotel offers a great location for Alumni visiting the University. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but all in all it was a great stay.
This was the second time in four years we stayed at the Campus Center Hotel in Amherst. The first time, it was so drab and dorm-looking. This time, the rooms were updated and felt quite modern. From the LCD TV on the wall, to an iHome clock radio, to a redesigned bathroom - it was delightfully up-to-date.
It was very pleasant and quiet. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The continental breakfast was great! The parking garage directions were confusing.
