Dillon Tap House freshwater room

Cozy room with comfortable queen bed located above the Dillon Tap House which serves the best craft beer in Dillon. The Tap House generally closes at 10pm so guests can come have a beer, glass of wine, and a bite to eat before turning in for the night. Room features vanity with hot and cold water, cable TV, internet, access to washer and dryer if needed. Shared fully remodeled bathroom. Building was built in the early 1900's and still shows some of the rustic features with several modern updates for your comfort.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a TV with cable channels. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer and a coffee maker. Bathrooms are shared.

It was not a easy property to find. It smelled like vomit when we went into the room.The bed was comfortable, and for being near a bar it was fairly quite.

It would be great if you just needed a place to sleep. The faucet spayed and the common bathroom was not kept. I refused to use anything but the toilet which only flushed half the time. You could hear everyone until the party was over.

The bed, in-room sink and shelves were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was an AC unit in the window that has a fan, too. Good cable and tv. The bathroom had a modern rainfall shower (square head over you), nice sink, and toilet. All were clean. Older bathroom. Owner had provided soap and shampoo. Towels were nice. The carpet was a bit dirty, and that was disheartening. The owner is going to replace it with vinyl flooring in gray. This is an old boarding house. Th shower and toilet are across a small landing, New York style. There is a vent in the bottom of everyone’s doors, so I could hear other people’s TV. I arrived late at night. I was not happy on arriving, and there was a storm. The pub was closed, so the street felt dark and isolated. But the bed was comfortable and clean. I slept well. The rooms are up a stairway from the street, with about 5 room doors facing each other.

Cozy and nice.
Cozy room, shared bathroom right across the hall. Had a beer and pizza in the restaurant below, met the property owner, very friendly. Clean room, comfy bed, good amenities. Great for an overnight.
