They should run some bleach through the dishwasher, as there is visible mold on the racks. The rest of the room was clean. The biggest issue is how loud the guests are. I stayed here for three nights: the people above me moved furniture, let kids run around and scream, and regularly dropped heavy items on the floor every night beginning at 10:00 PM and lasting throughout the night. I awoke at 2AM on my last night to such a ruckus. I called two nights in a row to no avail. I have never dealt with that level of a disturbance. They encourage you to use a QR code to tip, and I did so. The code charges you 79¢ on top of your tip without a warning of said fee on the QR cards left around the room. That was the last straw. Talk about being nickled and dimed.

This is designed as an extended stay location. We have stayed at these before, but this is VERY MINIMALISTIC in the accommodations, at least for an ADA room. In particular only 2 desk type chairs with no other chairs and no table to eat at.

Clean, comfortable but one big flaw

The property and room were very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Well above your typical hotel. The flaw with this hotel is the noise. You can hear every noise in the rooms above and next to you. They do have quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The family in the room to the left would fight with their child every night starting at 9:00 pm. The kid screaming at the top of their lungs. For that reason I can only give three stars. If they had built it with insulation in the walls it would be a great hotel.
