Rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is located in a very industrial area. Some questionable clientele but I would say that is par for being near Detroit. Staff was very on top of things and professional.

About all I could comment on is the handicap parking was well-lit. It was easy to get my rollator out of the car and make my way to the desk only to find out our room (requested 1st floor ) was on the 2nd floor. No elevator means put the disabled guests there?
