The phone in the room didn’t work. The front desk attendant was rarely at the desk. The walls are very thin. The shuttle doesn’t come when it is scheduled.

If you are looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay yet be comfortable, this is a decent place. Not a luxury hotel, but it gets the job done.

I like the room it was very big.It was nice to get my wakeup call on time.The help was very nice and helpful .

Cigarette burn hole in our comforter. Light switch wouldn't work. Hotel had a smell. Dirty. Actually left hotel and booked another place to stay after seeing our room.

Very covinent to park and ride and othere fast food

Front desk was great. Someone crapped in the hallway. Room was just ok

Nice 2-star hotel close to the airport. Had breakfast, shuttle, all I needed for a layover in town.

Looks like the hotel does the bare minimum. Carpet was gross, bed was squeaky. Did not feel comfortable.

The first night I stayed, there was no parking. I had to park at the Wendy’s right next to it. The bed in my room was absolutely the worst bed I have ever slept on. It was one that adjusts, but one side was stuck super firm & the other very soft. Then, when I went to checkout, my receipt was totally messed up. I tried to point it out to no avail. I just gave up & wanted to get out of there.

We booked this room because they offer free parking and shuttle to the airport. We got there and was informed it was an additional $10 a day for parking. When I asked about the “free parking” I was told it’s free each day to stay here. Also was confused by the option of paying the same price to park and stay on their property or park somewhere else and still pay them...odd. Room is very very dated. Bed basically sits on the floor and mattress was dirty.

It wasn't much, but the bed was comfortable and the airport shuttle was convenient. I would definitely stay again if I was laid over on Detroit or wanted to be close by for an early flight.

Check-in was easy. Room was fine, breakfast was good. Shuttle was on time.

did not stay, .... the staff said there were no rooms available so went to Days' Inn on Middlebelt for the night.
