During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered several issues that impacted my experience negatively. Firstly, the housekeeping service was inadequate. Despite repeated requests each morning, the room was not cleaned for several days, and the housekeeping staff only arrived after multiple follow-ups. Additionally, the reception service was frequently lacking. On numerous occasions, I found the reception area unattended, resulting in long waits and delayed assistance. Overall, these issues made for a less than satisfactory stay, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Very cute and cozy place. Staff is great, very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Just a couple things we were displeased with: Dirty towel left hanging over the curtain rod in bathroom. No comforter on the bed. Remote had no batteries, did und up finding one under the bed. Ice machine not working on 2nd floor and the floors in the halls were rather dirty. We would stay again.

Pool was not clean . Hot tub age limit said 14 but it was packed with under age kids. I booked this place because I saw the hot tub and after waiting over hour and half for it clear out I decided to just just get in . The room I found dead bugs . Flooring looked like it needed to be replace alone with the walls in the hallways

The breakfast was disappointing we have stayed many times and the options made available was very limited neither of my kids ate and that was not good. When we go to our room there was food left from previous person was still in our room. There was brown stains in our bedding and when we called for new we were told they were out of everything. The hot tub was broke the water was freezing and cloudy

Front desk staff at checkin wasn’t very welcoming, but seemed preoccupied. Hotel was very loud. There were kids running and yelling in the hallway until 11pm our first night. (Obviously not the hotel’s fault, but very annoying). Our room was also above the pool so it was very loud when people were down there. The stopper didn’t work on the tub so only the shower could be used. The tv didn’t work and we had to call someone to fix it. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel was very clean and the other staff we encountered seemed nice.
