The hot tub is not functioning, this is not disclosed on their site. The advertised bar had its doors closed, they served beer from the front desk staff. Spoiled milk at the breakfast bar. The eggs & sausages were barely warm. Waffle mix from dispenser was a weird color so didn't use that. Coffee station trash lid was filthy and the bag was not emptied. Breakfast bar trash can also filthy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Quick and easy check in, and as we were leaving, the clean up guy found my fiancés AirPods still in the room and made sure to get them to us before we left.

For the rates charged this was by far one of the worst places ive stayed & i travel alot & have stayed in some questionable places. The sewer gas smell is horrible. The cold water faucet for the hot tub literally came off, hot tub didnt work anyway so didnt matter. Pillowcases & sheets were dirty. Unless this is last resort i wouldnt recommend.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was just too hard, and my lower back paid for it the next day.Clean but lighting is also very dim in the room. Felt it was overpriced for the presentation.

Noticed stale smell when checked in. Left the room for dinner, returned, and when unpacking noticed black stuff on AC vent, which appears to be mold(?). Stain on ceiling appears to be the same. Staff says hotel totally booked tonight and can’t offer alternate room. Will request compensation.
