Front doors broken, kept lobby and "hot coffee" pretty cold and drafty!

Nice hotel, decent breakfast. Breakfast could've been hotter. Pool nice.

The property was run down. We walked in and had to wait 10 minutes for staff to arrive at the desk to check in. The lights in my room didnt work except for the bathroom until i decided to lay on my bed and then the lamp flickered. I would'nt recommend this place.

strangers were given a key to our room when we were gone and the door was left open. very run down and poor air quality in room.

Very friendly staff and nice looking main lobby. Room was clean but there were ants crawling around the nightstand and the shower handle barely worked.

Non smoking room had been smoked in. Air ozone machine was working but still could smell smoke.

I was never notified that the whole lobby would be having construction done. It was a mess to walk through, mouse in the morning and night on the weekend, heavy paint fume smells (because when you can't open the doors to air it out ; that's the fine to paint. Doubt it was low voc paint).

If it weren't for the pool, might have left before we checked in and staff was mostly friendly. Hotel needs some serious work to get it into decent condition. If a staff member would just go outside and pick up trash / etc, that would be an improvement.

Pros: The staff was friendly. The hotel was small, which meant we didn't have far to walk to the pool or breakfast. The continental breakfast was very nice. It had a good variety and the food was tasty. The bed was comfortable. Cons: The 1 King Size bed room was a little cramped, but not too bad. There were some small cleanliness issues (lampshades very dusty). Overall: For the price we paid ($80 before tax), I think we got a good deal. The location was convenient and the hotel was nice enough.

I would like to say that the employee that checked me in and was also working the 2nd shift the following night was GREAT! She was so nice and friendly which was just what I needed after traveling for 13 hours

We checked in to our room and immediately went back to the desk and requested a total refund and left. The room was dirty and for the price we knew we could get something better.

It was ok. room was clean . customer service could have been better.

This hotel has an odd smell in the lobby and in the room. There were a handful of things that needed repair in our room. For example. Spots in the wall had been speckled but not repainted. Air conditioning clanked all night. Towels smelled. Bed was nice and clean, but the overall experience made me want to leave quickly. Breakfast had no healthy options.

this hotel is in a very industrial area not too many choices for a good meal. In the first room we were assigned we had a problem with the sink. We were immediately transferred to another room which was very satisfactory. Aside from the location of the hotel, it was a good experience.

This place was awful!! The pool was shut down prior to our booking with no notice and no discount given. With children this was a disaster! They finally opened it and it was ICE COLD along with the Hot Tub!! We then saw mice running in the hallways and under doorways into rooms, right next to ours!!!

We decided to stay at this hotel because the room was advertised as being disability accessible. Other than a wider door to the bathroom and a handheld showerhead it was far from accessible. The sink was a regular vanity so no space under for a person in a chair to roll under. The toilet had about 10 from the front of the bowl to the edge of the vanity(that space should have 5' in front). The grab bars were not in the proper location for accessibility. Although there was an attempt to make an accessible room available, they failed miserably. Will not use this hotel again! Plan on contacting hotel chain about false advertising.
