Paid extra for 1st Class and it was wonderful. Delta and its employees were GREAT..
Appreciated that our connecting flight was already rescheduled and ready to go for us when our first leg was late arriving at our connecting airport.
Arrived about 30 minutes early! Nice job United Airlines!
So nice to get free carry-on plus complimentary snacks and drinks in coach with AA. Last flight with Frontier there were charges for all those.
Kelly our flight attendant was so friendly and made our trip special
Male flight attendant was excellent!
Need wider seats
Did not like not bring able to choose my seat. Was assigned the middle.
Flight took off 33 min late
There is no leg room and the seating is cramped and uncomfortable.
Flight takeoff delayed for de-icing plane; no hot coffee available; probably weather-related issues made it a so-so experience. Service people did their best.
