This is a great property to stay at! Hotel is clean, breakfast is great, parking is easy and close with plenty of spaces available, but best of all, I could open my third floor window and have fresh air every night (a lot of hotels do not allow this). Will stay here every chance I can when in Des Moines!

Overall my stay was amazing. Some bumps here and there. The room was very clean, the bathroom was very clean too and well kept. The only problem we had was in the walls were some rodents scratching non stop. We would hear them scratching and rustling in the walls all through the day and night.

Nice place for the money

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful despite being busy. Only issue I has was the toilets had a constant drip in the tank, but I just shut the bathroom door.
