I enjoyed the staff saying hello and not feeling like I was bothering them when asking a question. I stayed for several days while attending a conference.

The staff were very nice, but the hotel itself was outdated and dirty. Comparable to a Super 8. The a/c barely worked (the room never dropped below 82 degrees), the bathroom was dirty (previous occupants hair in shower and surrounding areas), the bed was not comfortable, and the amenities were sparse (not even an ice machine on our floor). This stay was not work the $230/night at all.

Good breakfast. Clean facility. Great location. Pleasant stay.
There was what looked to be feces on the bathroom door, the room wasn’t swept or wiped down, and the overall look and feel of cleanliness was under par with dust. The pool room is also quite hot, over chlorinated, and there is condensation dripping everywhere. It was not tolerable for our kids who were super excited to swim.
We like the proximity to the events center
This is a lot better since the last time I stayed here.
The location, it was near the parking garage to catch the shuttle bus to the State Fair. We also enjoyed the River walk and view. Breakfast was good, had many choices.
There was a moderate drip in the bathroom under the toilet...I had to put extra towels down (5 ) so our bathroom floor wouldn't flood. The whirlpool was closed. When I called to ask about the $50 being processed for incidentals after our stay the receptionist was rude.
Great view whether you were facing the river or not.
Hotel was very close to Wells Fargo which made getting to and from events easy.
Love the location and easy access to Wells Fargo. Breakfast was good, parking was easy, rooms were updated and staff was helpful. My only complaint is the noise. We could hear everything from the room next door through the adjoining door - it was almost as though we were in the same room. Awkward. There was a lot of noise in the hallway after midnight that came right through the door as well. Soundproofing would be a great update to make!
