We were disappointed to discover that this is not an elevator on the property. Being on the 2nd floor (first floor was full) and having numerous bags with us meant 3 separate trips up to our room with heavier bags. We will keep this in consideration in the future and if a first floor room is not available may look for other locations.

We needed this hotel in a pinch because our flight was canceled and we could not catch another one until the next day. It served our purposes perfectly and the staff was wonderful at arranging our shuttle and letting us know where we could order food.

The property and room was clean. Staff checking in was great, but the staff during breakfast was on a personal call and didn't offer their breakfast until I asked. It was just an okay experience.

So close to airport

Room is next to floor ice machine and the office- evening noise till about 11pm

The hot tub was out of order, the room was disgusting and smelled like smoke and mold, very dis satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay but we were sad the Jacuzzi was closed. Also, the floors could be cleaned better there was some popcorn on the floor along with a condom packet.

It was fine the bed was very comfortable ......... ..................

THhs is a quite satisfactory hotel to stay in if you have an early morning flight.

My room was dingy at best. Very spartan, but the curtain being broken and hanging off its hooks was unacceptable. The linoleum tile in the bathroom was cracked and broke more each time I stepped on it. One light didn't work. And when I asked for change, the front desk didn't have any. But the sheets were clean and I needed a place close to the airport. I was only there for 12 hours. That was enough.

The rooms, hallways, and pools were very dirty. Just walking into the pool room our eyes started burning because of the amount of Chlorine. And the next day I still had to take my son to the doctor because he got a bacterial infection from the hot tub in his eye! Also our room's bathroom door would not shut all the way. Not a good experience!

Old tired, coffee machine didn't work. Needs new beds, carpet and a fresh coat of paint,

The room they gave me was dirty, small and and bad that I had to request an upgrade ending up paying more of what I was initially told. I did not have the time to call to complain.
