We had booked 2 rooms thru expedia. Upon arriving, they claimed we had only booked 1, even after seeing our expedia confirmation they blamed it on expedia. We were given 2 rooms, 1 which we could not get into. Turned out it had someone sleeping inside. They were clearly oversold. Ended up getting a "backup room" that was clearly not meant for occupancy. Everything was either broken, trashed or filthy. They ended up charging us for both rooms, even after we had already paid expedia! I will say they did end up refunding the charges after speaking with the manager in the morning, so we gave 2 stars for service because the manager apologetic and wanted to make things right. Place needs a complete overhaul.
