The rooms were immaculate. As part of the COVID restrictions, the restaurants were still closed and there was limited maid service. We did run out of coffee and toilet paper but the staff was quick to respond when we made the call to let them know.

location and skywalk were awesome,, nothing on site was open.. covid .. no excuse!

They had a cute hunt for frogs game for Leap Day when we checked in. It was cute and fun. If we found a frog hidden in hotel, we got a free drink. Great location. Walked to dinner and also to Escape room. Very nice rooms. Very clean.

Was very surprised about the shuttle service. They shuttle you within 2 miles around the hotel. Was an amazing service. Got a glass of wine when we checked in, and a mimosa when we came down in the morning. The only downfall was that there was no mini fridge.

No coffee cups in lobby waited for 45 minutes and no one would refill them other reasons I’ll keep to myself so I don’t attend anyone for the reason we were there in the first place

Loud neighbors at 2a.m., needed to call front desk.

Our room was next to the stairs so you can hear the banging of the door each time a person entered/exited. Guests should also be mindful of keeping their trash to themselves...throw trash in a receptacle instead of trash.

The rooms were tired and lacked basic needs such as minibar.

Great location, great staff. Really enjoyed the quality of the rooms and renovation work really shows in the furniture and carpeting. The live music on Saturday night was pretty cool too.

I was travelling for work and the location of the hotel was excellent. I only stayed one night but the staff I interacted with were wonderful and welcoming. The bed was also very comfortable and I felt at home in my room. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Location and decore. It's pretty quiet hotel. No free breakfast kinda bummer

Had a disappointing experience. Here’s the list: Tried to check in at 4pm, room wasn’t ready. Staff member took down my cell number, and we went to wait in the lounge. Ordered truffle fries with an aioli dip. Waitress came back and told us it would take extra time because the kitchen needed to make some part of it. It was served about 30 mins later. What was served was a container mostly of chip crumbs, and I’m not exaggerating. I mentioned it to the waitress and it was rectified. At 6 pm, I went to the desk to ask about the room, and they said they tried to call me, but I never got the call. Checked into the room, a king suite, and it was tiny. Needed to have the couch that was advertised to be in it. I called downstairs, and they said they would check to see if there was another room and then check in with us. Waited around 30 mins, and called the front desk back to see where they were. At first they said there were no other rooms available, but then the manager corrected the staff member. A gentleman came to our room, gave us new keys and directed us to our new room. Said he would be sure to change the rate we were being charged, because it should have been less expensive. When I got the bill this morning, the rate was not changed at all. None of these events were traumatic in themselves, but the collection of them has left me with a bad feeling about the Savery. I was inconvenienced far too many times, and missed part of the conference I am attending.

I know this hotel is closing for renovations soon, but it seems like most of the housekeeping staff has let the building? Our room never got fully cleaned during the six days (!) we were there, even though we asked the front desk, twice, to make sure it happened. There were piles of dirty towels in the hallways, and one lonely french fry sat in the hallway on the way to the elevator for days. DAYS. For what is supposed to be one of the nicest places in the state, yuck. Our room started to get pretty gross after several days of trash being left in there. The engineer who was sent to our room to fix a broken AC was totally pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff was nice – but seemed careless when it came to our housekeeping issues.

Room was small. Bathroom small, mold growing on ceiling.

Great place to stay for business with free Wifi. Valet parking was great, and so was the room service.

From beginning to end it was a pleasant experience from the nice staff to the comfortable room, I only wish they had a mini-fridge in the room.
