Nice hotel. Convenient location.

I was provided with a room (room #408) right by the elevator when I specifically said no room by elevator. Then I was offered two times with room changes but both times I was assigned to corner, end rooms, with first being assigned to a room with noise traffic after I requested a quite room, and then 2nd time being assigned to a room with broken heater pipes. Heater makes loud noise turning on and off. Bathroom is very small, no counter space; sink is size of letter-size paper. No refrigerator in room, we getting ice three times a day trying to keep yogurt and fruit fresh. We stayed 4 nights, two people, but we were provided with 1 bath towel, until day 3 we went to ask for 2 more towels. No free wifi unless you have Marriott Bonvoy membership.

The rooms were immaculate. As part of the COVID restrictions, the restaurants were still closed and there was limited maid service. We did run out of coffee and toilet paper but the staff was quick to respond when we made the call to let them know.

location and skywalk were awesome,, nothing on site was open.. covid .. no excuse!

They had a cute hunt for frogs game for Leap Day when we checked in. It was cute and fun. If we found a frog hidden in hotel, we got a free drink. Great location. Walked to dinner and also to Escape room. Very nice rooms. Very clean.

Was very surprised about the shuttle service. They shuttle you within 2 miles around the hotel. Was an amazing service. Got a glass of wine when we checked in, and a mimosa when we came down in the morning. The only downfall was that there was no mini fridge.

No coffee cups in lobby waited for 45 minutes and no one would refill them other reasons I’ll keep to myself so I don’t attend anyone for the reason we were there in the first place

Loud neighbors at 2a.m., needed to call front desk.

Our room was next to the stairs so you can hear the banging of the door each time a person entered/exited. Guests should also be mindful of keeping their trash to themselves...throw trash in a receptacle instead of trash.

The rooms were tired and lacked basic needs such as minibar.

Great location, great staff. Really enjoyed the quality of the rooms and renovation work really shows in the furniture and carpeting. The live music on Saturday night was pretty cool too.
