Hands down the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at! It had everything we could possibly need and more. There was plenty of parking, lots of space for our group, and so many things to keep both kids and adults entertained. It’s the perfect setup for family gatherings or get-togethers.The host was fantastic with communication, and everything was so well thought out. We will absolutely stay here again and would gladly book one of their other properties. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly how it was advertised. We had a school group there focused on a local competition -- plenty of room to spread out, decompress with TVs, games, space to practice parts.Clean, manager EXCEPTIONAL about communication. Close to Des Moines downtown, Drake University, etc. Literally it was a PERFECT experience for my students, visiting parent, and myself. Would book here again 10/10.

Property is as described by owners. We found that everything we needed was provided in the house. As stated in the description, it is beside an apartment complex. We had access to the indoor and outdoor pools. The kids didn't want to use the indoor because of the bugs around it and in the water. They did enoy the outdoor pool. Several times cars came into the area in front of the house that turned out to be food deliveries for the apartments. The first time it was a weird surprise, but once we figured out what it was, no big deal. There was plenty to entertain the grandkids. My 3 children, their families and I enjoyed the comfort of gathering and having space to spread out.

The place was great for our family Christmas. Plenty of beds and all were comfortable. The teens loved the game area and having their bedroom there was perfect. We cooked all meals there and had plenty of kitchen supplies to use. Very well stocked for anything we needed. We even utilized the pool that was available- it was warm and comfortable even in the cold weather.
