Dirty! Management must not exist to let such a once great hotel get run down so badly

Vwry Clean, great breakfast, good customer service

It is old and out dated. We asked them 2 days in a row to clean our bedding and they kept forgetting. You have to ask at check in for an updated room. Which is weird. It’s just not worth the money anymore.

AC was loud and had to be shut off to sleep. Open bottle Of water was left from previous guest in room.

Room was gross. Food in microwave, previous guests coffee in the coffee maker. 2 lights were out. Needs a rehab ASAP.

Location of hotel was great. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Evening staff was friendly. We did think that the property is somewhat outdated, and that an additional cost for parking was an unwelcome surprise.

Property needs updating. Need larger beds. For theprice the property should be cleaner.

I had to have cleaning come again. The last person's toothpaste was still in the sink. Several lights were out. The AC made lots of noises and maintenance had to come fix it. And wifi was done for iver 48 hours.

It is a beautiful hotel! It seemed to need a little TLC in places as compared to my past visits, but we enjoyed it very much. The front desk staff were just amazing!

We enjoyed the 2 rooms for each suite and the excellent on-site breakfast.

You can tell the building is old. The furniture in our suite was also old. The carpet looked old.

Great location! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

The property and its people are wonderful. The only problem is a lack of free guest parking.
