Wonderful stay
I missed my turn in to motel. Called front desk & Clerk was most helpful & kind. Would be helpful if a turn here sign was on Adventureland Drive. Motel was neat, clean, & tidy. Breakfast area was nicely sized. We will most definitely stay here again.

I reserved 3 rooms, upon check in, learned only 2 were available because one had to be "deep cleaned" because of vomit or something. It took 45 minutes to check in, and after hauling all of our stuff up to 2 rooms and unpacking, we were told that a 3rd ADA room was available to use. We asked to be contacted by the hotel management, after this annoying checkin process, and never got contacted. The lobby and public areas were clean. The rooms were good enough. The icing on the cake was that the pool was "Closed" myseriously. Would have appreciated a heads up the pool was closed and that we weren't going to get 3 rooms soon enough that we could have rebooked somewhere else. The default answer from the clerk was "you need to contact the 3rd party booking site" when we asked about any sort of refund or compensation for inconvenience. I won't stay here again, which is too bad, given it's proximity to Adventureland and Prairie Meadows.

Excellent front desk staff and hotel. Very friendly staff who accommodated late check out without any fuss. Room is new, clean, spacious, and quiet. Nice location off I80 and plenty of parking. There are laundry room with large new washer and dryer. Nice breakfast and new dining/lobby area . Great stay in our whole trip.

I stayed at this property while traveling cross country and past midnight while I was in bed a man came into my room then left. I jumped immediately and went to the door and the man said he just checked into the hotel and was assigned to my room by front desk. When I spoke to front desk manager she told me I should have had the door locked better. Unbelievable! Also she stated she would have have given me $20 off my room rate if I hadn’t have booked on Expedia but instead would give me points on my account worth $20 for the “inconvenience” and that never happened . It was clear she was just trying to get rid of me. Had the manager not treated me like this I would have given the staff a perfect rating. Everything else was great other than that. The rest of the team that works there did a fantastic job. Breakfast was great. Room was awesome and VERY CLEAN!

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, hotel is new and clean has a nice little bar and lots of vending machine if you catch yourself unprepared. Fitness room is nice, only disappointing thing was the pool was closed.
