The rooms exceeded expectations. They are very nice and have plenty of room to relax watching TV/reading a book. Everything was clean and spotless. The walls/ceilings/floors seem to be soundproof, as I haven't heard anyone else in the hotel while staying there. Oh, and there's a bench in the ...
I requested a non-smoking room, but was placed in a smoking room which reeked of cigarettes. Everything I wore in there had to be washed immediately the next day (I have allergies). Total cost of the stay was not worth the quality of the room. There were towels on the floor, stains on the pillows ...
Outstanding breakfast, with numerous offerings. Overall rating a 4 because no airport shuttle and one rude desk worker. Hotel did pay for a cab, which helped.
Room 108 is across the hall from the Elevator room....loud elevator noise.
Here in Texas the nights can be as hot as the days so make sure the AC works. The first room (310) AC did not work, it would blow luke warm air. The hotel staff was excellent after she came to the room and realized the situation. Room in second floor was great, if I do not count the heavy footed people in the room above. I could count the number of times they went the restroom. Overall, good stay for one night.
It was hard to find because of construction and not on apple map. But girls at front was great. Friendly and pure care.
