All I can say is a dump...low class. AC didn’t work right...walls you can hear right through. Could not wait to get out of there. Didn’t even go in office to check out. Unfriendly staff, especially on phone. WILL DEFINITELY NOT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN.
Great stay!!! Staff is really friendly !! Everything Was great we will be back again wheneve we will be in town.
The description on Wyndham website was not what was actually at the hotel. No refrigerator, tea maker or kitchen supplies as was listed on website. I was told to contact Wyndham for the discrepancies as it was not the hotels problem how Wyndham listed things.
the room was clean, the food for breakfast was spoiled, staff was nice the fan in the bathroom made a horrible nose. but it was ok
I booked a room and gave notice that I would be arriving late due to traveling from over 13 hours away. I booked the room early so I wouldn’t have to worry about coming back due to the typical check-in time of noon-3pm. I knew I would arrive early in the morning between 6am and 8am so I booked the room for the day prior. It required me to pay ahead of time so I inputted my credit card information and received a receipt. However, when I arrived, it was taking a really long time for me to be given my key. After about 15-20 minutes, I was told it was because I was marked as a “no show” so she’d have to book me another room for the day. She proceeds to speak in another language to whom I’m guessing is the manager, and after a while, she asks for my card. She takes it and swipes it. I didn’t understand since I had already paid for my room. She finally gives me a receipt to sign and essentially says I had to PAY DOUBLE since I was marked as a “no show” for the day. That makes no sense since I’m clearly right here checking in on the day of my reservation. She charged my card before even telling me or giving me the total. But okay. I sign, take my key, and head to the room. The room had NO WORKING WIFI (I’m a certified IT. I know my way around, over, and through a network.) and A BROKEN DEADBOLT. There literally was no way to use it! I even took pictures since I considered it extremely unsafe. I was only in town for a funeral so I let it slide, but it must be spoken for. There was no mention of a breakfast or where it is held. To all of my fellow service members, I do not advise any of you to stay here. There are better options further down the street. Semper Fortis
The price of the room was 74 at night we were there for a funeral with a bunch of other family members and we all were charged $99 a night night when we called to reserve a room family members that came and check in without reserving paid 70 for a night
Days inn was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. Rooms clean nd they even have fans in room which is a very uncommon plus while staying in a room. Breakfast was great and they really try to accommodateyour needs while you stay....thanks days inn demopolis...i will be back...
The rooms have some renovations each year for the past few years, and are very nice. I've stayed here a couple weeks twice a year for the past 5 years. Great front desk service, and good housekeeping. New Management is continuing to improve the hotel, and I'll continue to come back!
At 2o'clock in the morning we were awoken by someone opening our door (or trying to, the latch kept him from opening all the way) and hollering for us to let him in. He had a key as it clicked and he opened the door. The front desk said a manager would call, but I have not had a call.
Scheduled online for one night. Decided to go early. Tried calling Wyndham to schedule the earlier night. They tried charging me DOUBLE! They said Friday nights are always more expensive than Sat nights and they were really booking up fast. I hung up and booked online for half thru the same site! Bed was rock hard, but the people at the front desk were nice.
