Toilet seat was broken. No shower curtain in room, had to call down for someone to put one up. While she was in the room, she tried to clean some of the mold by standing on the side of the tub and left her dirty shoeprints on the side of the tub. There as no HOT water, was just lukewarm at best. We were told they have to turn the boiler down due to the outside temperature. Lobby smelled bad. Sausage at breakfast was just gross, and uncooked looking. I tried to warm it in the microwave and it was not any better. I was able to eat an egg sandwich.

This was a basic hotel that was clean and comfortable. We selected a room with a balcony/Gulf view. The balcony was small and the railing was covered with black mold. We had bleach wipes but we went through a lot of them just to lighten the color of the mold. with that being said, it was an excellent location with an excellent view and access to the beach.
One of my favorite places to stay. The room is always clean and the beds are truly awesome.

I was a little wary of the high reviews that this hotel received as it was in a small rural place. Having stayed there, I now see why. It was spotless, the beds and pillows were great, and even the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, the best I had on the trip. Definitely will be staying again when we are in the area.

Found easily with GPS. So new, the driveway was still unpaved. Pleasant surprise to find such a nice and new hotel in the area. Well worth paying a little more and getting a nice and fresh place to stay in. Staff was friendly and nice. Let me change from a one bed to a two bed room without a problem. Breakfast had something for everyone. Perfect for MMI, being only about a mile away. Hotel opened since April, 2012.
