Never even got into the room. The front desk staff GAVE OUR ROOM AWAY!!! Said they accidentally overbooked. Now we have driven all night, arrives to this extremely small town at 11pm to be told we have nowhere to sleep!! UNACCEPTABLE!! They did not even act like they were sorry for it either, just said “the same thing happened to 4 other people.” WOW!!

Easy check in, room clean, bed very comfortable, not much of breakfast was only con.

It's rated as is because it's an older building but has been remodeled recently and it is clean and comfortable with excellent staff if you need anything. Pool was nice too and clean with plenty of seats and tables.

There was a truck pulled right up to our door with looked like a cover. As we are unloading there were 6-8 BIG Dogs in the back of truck. They had air so not going to say they were not safe I don't know. However at 4am the dogs started to bark. ALL 6 of them. Sounded like they were in the room with us. My wife called and they said they were trying to figure out which room they were in so they could get them to leave and it would be taken care of in less than 30 mins. Then after 3 hours of keeping us up I went to the front desk and said give me my money back and we will just leave. We went to bama game and at this point got about 3 hours of sleep including a 9 year old. However when I ask her that she told me they had been there all week and because of the bama game being late this was the first time this had happened. I ask again to just get my money back and I was told no this is why you should not buy online but instead book direct. She went on to tell me that everyone else that complained they took care of but because I booked online she would do nothing. You can see when I travel I usually use you guys. I know that area and never have I been treated that way but to be told that because I bought online I was stuck is beyond bad business. Someone like your company that is marketing for them and filling up their hotel which is privately owned (franchised) If I were you I would take them off your site. It makes me gun shy of using your company in general. I booked a couple of rooms for Saints games coming up and really scared I'll run into more people like this in New Orleans. The hotel was old and in bad shape but for what it cost and the fact nothing else was available I would not have complained. However the fact my wife was in tears from lack of sleep and my 9 year old was awake for almost 24 hours still has me fired up. I still plan on reaching out to them but they keep saying that's why we tell our customers to book direct. Guess they don't understand the value because I never would have found this hotel at all if it was not for you guys. With that said I wish I had just drove back instead of feeling happy I did find the room. I feel like I should not have to pay for that. If you could get with hotel owner and solve this I would be grateful. I can send pictures from my phone of what they kept these poor dogs in and how close it was to the hotel. I really hope to hear back from someone. They are telling me that someone has to be you. People don't make the same mistake. DRIVE HOME!

Hotel appears to need updating, especially the furnishings. Also, the appliances were very old & in need of repair. The accent wall paint (lime green) clashed. Breakfast items were frozen. We only needed an overnight stay, so the lower price was appreciated.

The management personnel of this motel were super. [...] They also went out of their way to get me a room on the first floor even though the motel was full. Very quiet and clean. Well lit parking lot. Convenient to University of West Alabama in Livingston.

great football game hotel was aweful
