I would not recommend this hotel. We got there and were informed that the pool was not open and that they were not serving breakfast. Then we got into our room and it smelled like dog and cat. Then I looked at the toilet and someone had use the bathroom and Peed on the toilet and it had not been cleaned up. Then I am one of those people who always strips the sheets back to see what you’re looking at or what you’re going to be sleeping on and there was hair. Someone else’s hair on the bed where I was supposed to sleep so I had to request new sheets and remake the bed myself. I called for a refund or a partial refund or to see if they could book me somewhere else and I just kept getting hung up on by Orbitz customer service.

The guy at check in was VERY RUDE! When we first arrived and went to our room it was the wrong room we paid for. We have 6 people in our group and paid for a queen suite. When we went to the front desk to let the guy know and show him the email from our reservation, he didn’t want to look at it and said that is not what you paid for. He then wanted me to look At his computer screen to see what it showed we paid for. He told us there was nothing he could do for us without paying for an additional room but he only had a king room available and that we needed to call orbitz. I asked to speak to the manager and he said that she wasn’t in today. After I got on the phone with orbitz and walked outside to talk, he must have found a room for us. As I was on hold with orbitz he threw a key on the counter and said “here you go”. Never explaining anything after he told us he didn’t have another room availaible for us. Horrible experience!!

Rooms were nice and they had a nice common area. Unfortunately the breakfast was shut down due to COVID-19. They provided some prepackaged items like a honey bun, chewy bars, and water but it would have been nice to have juice, milk, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and some other items for breakfast that could have also been prepackaged.

This is a good hotel with affordable rates. It was clean and staff were nice.

Bathroom, leaking water all over the shelf near floor; toilet rim was filthy, soiled not cleaned thorough; trash and old towels left on floor under sink for two days in the bathroom, left from old room residents before i checked into the room; in other words, bathroom not cleaned thorough, tables for breakfast not cleaned, soiled and lastly, receptionist checking out customers, shirt was soiled with stains. The price i paid for my room, does not match for what i received for my stay. The quality of service was not good. Reimbursement of funds would have been sufficient.

The rooms were spacious, however, the pullout sofa appeared to have multiple stains (possibly urine??) which made it unusable for my children to sleep on. The floors on the suite had a few weak spots that creaked and seemed "soft" when walking over them.

Pleasant stay! Good location! Friendly staff! The rooms are decent and clean, bathroom is clean.

this was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly, with a very safe atmosphere. We actually returned for a second night.

From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were courteous and accommadating. We had a problem with our room air and they came the minute I told them and then within 5 minutes or less they moved us to a nice suite that was more than accommadating. The Kitchen staff was so friendly and helpful, enjoyed a Wonderful breakfast and were on our way for our neices big day, made every thing go smooth. Thank You SO Much! Hats off :)

As a single mother, I'm always looking for the best deal and rely on reviews when purchasing anything online. This hotel was new, and conveniently located along my traveling route. The price was a little more than I wanted to pay, but you get what you pay for...clean room, safe area, friendly staff, and a great complimentary breakfast! I plan to stay here again on my way back.

We had the King Executive room. it was all brand new and clean as a whistle! Would definitely stay here again. We liked that the breakfast was complimentary but when we got off the elevator there was guy going up with a massive tray of food that was enough to feed 5 people. He had cleaned the bar out almost except for the healthy stuff. They should NOT allow people to do this. Luckily they were able to bring out some more stuff. Hotel was clean, affordable, and front desk lady that we dealt with was nice. Didn't have time to try out the pool as we were attending a wedding.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The hotel was easy to find and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and up to date.

Breakfast cutoff time was 9:30 on Sunday. Expected it to be open until 10. Room A/C - Heater was vey noisy for a new hotel.

This quiet hotel is very nice right on the Interstate frontage road. It is a nice stop for one who doesn't care to stay all the way in Atlanta but wants to be close enough to enjoy the city. Great staff, excellent room.

Bathroom, leaking water all over the shelf near floor; toilet rim was filthy, soiled not cleaned thorough; trash and old towels left on floor under sink for two days in the bathroom, left from old room residents before i checked into the room; in other words, bathroom not cleaned thorough, tables for breakfast not cleaned, soiled and lastly, receptionist checking out customers, shirt was soiled with stains. The price i paid for my room, does not match for what i received for my stay. The quality of service was not good. Reimbursement of funds would have been sufficient.
