Excellent! We've just come back and we're already discussing when we are going back. The parts of the hotel we saw were immaculate. Our room was gorgeous and very spacious. The food is delicious, there is something for everyone. The staff are incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent, stress free experience.
Do not look for another one, go here! the combination of quality and price - just perfect. It is a good place for a family holiday. We ate very delicious food. Lovely restaurant and great stuff. There are 4 beds in a room for our family. A bit cramped, but not critical. There is a balcony of shadow side. Our room was on the 3rd floor, it is convenient to go to the pool and to the night entertainment, they are also on the 3rd floor. The restaurant is located on the next after the 6th floor. There is a sauna, Jacuzzi, and Finnish sauna. Bar on the 3rd floor. One small disappointment - the weird elevator. We almost did not use it, because a long time to wait. We walked on the stairs almost all holiday. The maid cleaned our room only 2 times a week (during our afternoon nap). I don't know, maybe it is normal for Europe, but in North America they do it every morning, while people away the hotel... Well, maybe we were unlucky and our room was in the end of their cleaning routing. )) Stuff speaks English very well. And looks like everyone in Catalonia speak English. Every night - entertainment. Nice music in bar and outside pool area. Never boring in hotel. We did not use the pool: very small and lots kids in it. 15 min walking distance from bus terminal or 10 min from another bus stop to hotel. We used the bus from Barcelona airport to get here for 13 euro. (buses every 15-30 min). Once used to travel to Girona by bus (10 euro roundtrip). Lovely town Lloret de Mar with nice sandy beach and clear water - 5 min walk from hotel. There are crowds of bodies on the beach nowhere to lie down after 10am. Lots of tourists from France and Russia. But no Russians in hotel, that is good and quiet. Market street nearby the hotel - carrer de la Vila/ de venecia. Some salesmen very nervous and rude if you ask the price and don't buy their thing. Generally, we liked the place very much, ready to come back. Will recommend to others. Thanks for have us in your hotel and country!
A large group of us went to this hotel for 10 days all inclusive, nice rooms, lovely food great pools and spa, most of the staff were very nice, especially Alex the barman, lovely guy, however the hotel definitely catered more for their French guests! Lloret de Mar beach is not sandy at all!!! Pea shingle lsprings to mind, definitely prefer the beautiful beaches of majorca! However the water park was amazing great fun, lots of shops in walking distance of the hotel, free bus to the water park. Lovely holiday just disappointed with the beach back to alcudia majorca next year 😊.
Lloret del mar is a lovely town, with places to eat, bars, and nice shops. The location of the hotel is very central to everything. The Hotel was clean, and had all we could need. Our room was spacious and serviced daily. The restaurant was very good, variety of salads, excellent meats, sweets pancakes. Although the tv service does not have english channels and sometimes the pool area was busy we really enjoyed our stay. My family and I thank you everyone for your efficient service. A special thanks to the bar staff for helping me retrieve my documents and my wallet!!! Thanks to them our holiday had a happy ending 🙂
I would just like to comment on the animation team for there excellent work and being so friendly jess and the other lady who's name i have forgot you two were amazing last week and brought my granddaughters lexie and renae out of there shell we were there from the 28th Aug to 4 Sept 2017 and to the hotel for a amazing holiday good luck and thank you all tracy
Overall it was a lovely time at the hotel. First thing which disappointed us was very unhelpful lady at reception. Every time we asked about places to visit she offered the most expensive way and urged us to buy tickets at hotel which would costs us a lot more then in other places. If you want to visit Marine land, buy tickets online and download it on your phone otherwise they won't print it for you or do it before arrival. Same for a boat trip to other beaches. Buy it at the beach. The worst experience was at the bar. Bar manager, i believe he's Argentinean was very rude to the rest of staff. They looked all stressed and unhappy whenever he came to work. Rest of bar workers were very friendly, smiley and chatty they made us feel a lot better. We loved the music played at the swimming pool/bar side. Dj/animator was the best. Makes people laugh and filled time with good fun. On the last night we asked some bar staff to take a pic with us and the weren't allowed until bar manager joined us :/ Restaurant was very good, the only negative side was a big queue . Swimming pool was small and no chance to get sun bed if you not waiting there before 9am to fight to get it 😂 I would not come back there.
We spent 4 nights in this hotel and overall we were pleased Pros: good location, 3-4 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Basic room but Clean room and hotel, room cleaned every day. Comfortable beds. Cons: very loud at night, try and avoid level 3 which faces onto the pool. Small pool area, not enough beds for guests And it was also very cramped. Parking is 11e a day which is not advertised on their website. Reception also didn't not seam bery interested in helping guests. But overall the pros outweighed the cons.
The hotel is a great location to shops and beach, 3 minute walk to beach which is a nice beach. The beds in the rooms are really comfortable and the rooms are very clean and nicely done. Simple but clean. Reception staff are a bit dismissive and rude but generally the rest are nice. There are no where near enough sun beds by the pool, I would say there needs to be at least 50% more than there currently is. The hotel can be extremely noisy, we were woken numerous times with people running up and down the corridors screaming. There is no security to prevent this from happening and the staff at security have no interest in stopping it. Over all, I would happily stay here again but there are a few minor inconveniences.
I feel the need to write this review because this hotel should not be number 23 out of all hotels in lloret de mar! I echo most reviews from other travellers but when booking I ignored the negativity thinking it its 23 out of 200 odd hotels it can't be that bad, please don't ignore the reviews! So we came as a family of 3, 2 adults and a 6 year old for a week all inclusive on 31st July. The coach driver dropped us off on the dual carriageway and pointed down a street and drove off, we spend about 30 minutes searching for the hotel which was nowhere to be seen and eventually had to use the map on our phone to get us to the hotel! On arrival check in was prompt and receptionist was helpful and polite. Reception is quite impressive with great air con! Our room was tiny and I agree why would you need a big room, only use it to sleep in but this was crazy. There were 2 double beds pushed together and they took up practically the whole room. We had to climb over the bed to get from one side to the other. The balcony was tiny and overlooked the pool which was nice in the day but horrendous at night as that's where the entertainment happens and the banging music can be heard into the early hours preventing anyone from sleeping. Our air conditioning system didn't work for 2 days and the flush broke for 1 day but apparently this effected the whole hotel! The TV does not have any English channels, again didn't come on holiday to watch tv but it's nice on an eve for the 6 year old to be able to watch whilst we et ready etc. Next the pool area- the pool is tiny and nowhere near big enough for the size of the hotel. There is a scramble for sun beds at 9am when the pool opens and they are positioned all on top of each other, there is nowhere else for them to go. The outdoor hot tub was out of action and looked like it hadn't been used in quite a while! Lots of rude foreign children/teenagers in the pool being completely ignorant to younger children and adults who don't want to be splashed and hit whilst they play volleyball or bomb in the pool. The worst bit is all inclusive!!!! You have to queue in a separate section which is manned by one waiter! You are only allowed 2 drinks and have to show your wrist band and your room key when you want a drink. I asked the waiter if a certain drink was included and he laughed at me and said oh no no you are all inclusive! You have to pay for that! I reminded him that all inclusive customers have paid a lot more and paid up front!! You also get lectured for being wet in the bar queue but of course you will be wet if you're in and out of the pool and you have to present your child to get them a drink! The positive about this hotel is the restaurant! The staff are lovely and attentive and the food is amazing! Delicious! I would not come back to this hotel and would not recommend it! Its in a Great location for beach and town but can not manage the amount of customers which it caters for, this hotel is clearly out to make as much money as possible. Disappointed!
We arrived at this hotel on 6th August this year when we were dropped off at 0200hrs bus driver who couldn't speak any English pointed to street across road .We set of walking calling in several bars on way to ask directions,we finally walked in hotel and security guard booked us in there were four adults and 14 year old girl we had to walk approximately 8/900 yards. When we went to our room (621) was very small couldn't open fridge door because door hit bed, other room (507) was average. There are 176 rooms in this hotel and only room for about 75 sun beds pool is very small we had booked all inclusive. Most people on all inclusive if they couldn't get sun beds had to go to beach which means they had to pay for drinks down there. When you went to bar you could only have two glasses to drink from and all inclusive could only use three feet of bar area this was cordoned off so there was always a Long queue. If someone was at other part of bar waiters would go to them before serving all inclusive people, they seemed to think we have your money you can wait.My wife and I asked to speak to manager about problems with bar staff and not being able to have a pint instead of two glasses but she couldn't see it as a problem.Sometimes there were five people behind bar then two would go collecting glasses one would serve one was spinning glasses or throwing ice in air and catching in glass other one just worked other side of bar.It wasn't unusual for queue at all inclusive area to be thirty feet long, sometimes we saw security guard telling bar staff to shorten measures in glasses ,at 2300hrs guard would stop people buying any more drinks but he would allow some Spanish guest to go after time.We then asked for another meeting with bar manager to allow us to have more than two drinks she agreed and we told her because we had gone all inclusive we felt like second class citizens. It is a shame this hotel is being run like this has it is in a very good position it's classed as a four star but I would say it's only just three star.In restaurant area staff are excellent and all have a smile and a laugh with you but the food is never hot even when just been put out but the waiter work very hard.Would suggest if you go to this hotel don't go all inclusive because you will be treated as second best
