from the moment we checked in the reception, staff was amazing. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who helped us. The rooms are a decent size. We had one with a beautiful view. Definitely a great location and I would stay again.

Location is fantastic... everything is within walking distance including the trains to get you anywhere you need to go, the staff were super helpful and nice. If you get a room facing Sagrada Familia, you will NOT be disappointed! I wish the windows in the room opened more as I was constantly burning up with only a sliver of fresh air as they turn off the a/c in "winter". The room was a touch out dated in the sense that bits of the wall were coming dislodged from the base board and there was some scuffing from the side table. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Loved the bathroom though my towel warmer did not work. Overall, it was a great stay and who can forget the rooftop bar with that incredible view (more ants than I care for though)!

Breakfast food not fresh, staff at reception at check in not friendly. We were asked to input our nationality into an IPad when checking in but UK / GB not an option. Heating was on quite high in the room, when I asked reception if we could change the temperature in the room as it was too warm to sleep they said only maintenance could do that and they weren’t available and we should sleep with the window open. With it being winter and very noisy outside sleeping with the window open did not make for a restful nights sleep. That being said the staff in the rooftop bar were very good and the view from the bar was amazing.
