The entire staff was wonderland. They were all friendly and very helpful, before and after the visit. I’m especially grateful to the young lady who assisted me tracking down the taxi who took us to the airport so I could recover a piece of luggage. Super customer service. Special thanks to the men who helped with our luggage at check in and out.
I was very happy with my overall experience here...the location was smack in the middle of a great tourist location close to many great spots. It was small and very friendly staff...no big lobby, but a beautiful rooftop bar with great drinks and view. Rooms were clean and modern...breakfast was also delicious!
Spend two great nights at this hotel. Needed a triple room that what close to shopping and major attractions in Barcelona. Our room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. A/C worked great! We stayed in room 706, which overlooked Passeig Gràcia. I was disappointed that the room did not have a balcony nor could you open the windows. Large windows, but the view was instructed by what I think can only be described as some sort of outdoor decor on the Bldg. We could hear some noise from the busy street, but not enough to be too bothersome. If you are a light sleeper though, it may be more bothersome. I don’t think the view is worth the extra $. The halls are very dark, did not match the niceness if the rooms. All staff members we encountered where smiling, very helpful and knowledgeable. Got some great recommendations for eating spots from them. The bellman(older gentleman) went out of his way to be of assistance. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the start of Las Ramblas. It was ok to walk there, but after a long day of walking every where we opted to taxi back. Would definitely stay here again.
The location is perfect for luxury shoppers. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was nice and friendly. I wish the complimentary drink was not given on my last day since my time was very limited that day :) i could not have it but thanks anyway.
Best Sangria, Best Service on the roof top of the hotel ! The service was amazing from Felix, Carlos, Alex and Jordi. The team is fantastic, they are very nice and polite. We will come back anytime ! Christian, Manon and Charis
My sister's and my respective family have scheduled to visit Barcelona between 27/7/2018 to 1/8/2018. Our situation is that we have small kids with us (my sister has 2, and I have one) but we were not sure what room type to be booked. We originally booked through booking.com but noticed that there is restriction on the headcount of different rooms. Unfortunately, we cannot use a double room with terrace (which is what we hoped for). After several rounds of emails to the reservation department, the staff (J. H.) at reservations patiently explained to me how I should book. So we cancelled the bookings with booking.com and booked directly through the hotel's website, which offers "early bird" discount. Although we cannot book two rooms with terrace - now the Privilege Rooms (the Junior Suite as recommended is a bit out of budget, and there is only one left and we need 2 rooms), I found the reservations have provided good service and answers promptly. We are now expecting to stay in the hotel.
My husband surprise me with a trip to Barcelona for my birthday. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days . This hotel is amazing close to everything ,it is close to major Shopping store like Louis Vuitton , Cartier ,Chanel and other high end designer stores. This place is close to Casa Mila , Casa Batillo , las rambla and sagrada familia. it also surrounded with good restaurant . We took a taxi to Park Guell which only 7 euro but of course we give tip too . getting around is easy , taxi is every where which is I like . We also walk to gothic quarter and the marina . we will comeback again in the summer and this hotel is for sure the same one we will choose . we had a great experience in Barcelona and with this hotel . btw , I love the marshmallow welcome treat at the front door :-) too .
I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It has a very central and convenient location, lying within the main, posh shopping street, where all the luxury boutiques are. After checking in, I was given a coupon for a free drink at the rooftop bar, where one could get a priceless panoramic view of this beautiful city at nighttime. Being in such a central location, all the main sights (including two by the famous Gaudi), are (literally!) a stone throw away from the hotel. I got free breakfast each morning, which was the perfect start to each day of sightseeing. The choice wasn’t v big, but sufficient for a 3-4 night stay. The rooms are nice and modern, with satellite tv showing many live football matches at night. To my nice surprise, they gave me another coupon for two free drinks on the final night of my stay! In the end it felt so sad to leave, as I definitely enjoyed my stay here, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return myself or recommend this hotel to others!
I stayed at this hotel for business. Rooms are small but updated and clean. They have a great rooftop bar with a bartender named Felix that makes amazing cocktails. Highly recommend everyone comes and tries this place out.
Just enjoyed a nice long weekend here. Located at the higher end of Passeig de Gracia near to Casa Mila. Diagonal metro stop is the closest. Comfortable room and nice rainshower. Only drawback was that the room seemed airless (no opening windows) and too hot (although air con system set to lowest temperature). Breakfast was excellent, with good bean-to-cup coffee machine. Very friendly staff too.
