Great hotel, cab found it easily and it’s on a Main Street so it is very walkable or to get other transportation. Front desk staff was amazing, they got us cabs frequently and were able to answer all of the questions we asked with it being our first time in Barcelona. Room was good, clean and comfortable bed. Bit smaller by North American standards but not tight for 2 adults. Buffet breakfast was an additional cost but it was delicious. Wifi was good and there was a smart tv so you could choose what to watch.

Overall a fantastic hotel that could benefit from a little TLC. Staff are super friendly and courteous and not only let us leave our luggage early but brought it to our room for us once it was ready - huge points for that. The building itself is clean, bright, and modern and our room was perfect for us - clean, roomy, comfortable bed, natural light, and a gigantic washroom. The only criticism we had was that some of the finishes are showing their age: some lights flickered or dimmed randomly, the shower fixture was a bit leaky and wonky, and the soundproofing could be better through the hallway door - we got woken up a couple times by people coming and going to other rooms. Aside from these minor complaints the location is absolutely perfect for tourism and food. It's right next to the Gothic Quarter and a few minutes from La Rambla, but on a main street with transit. I'd 100% book again.

Loved the location shore, palaces, cathedrals were easily accessible. comfortable rooms. Shower leaked onto floor, even when shower door was secure. Odd that there was not hair conditioner. Door to balcony did not latch easily. Hotel bar was open at odd/variable hours.
