Great place to stay around of everything trains, food, nice stuff to walk around
Nice, clean hotel with a pleasant staff. Food was decent. King bed is so small- for person and a half.
This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. The staff is really kind and nice but the hotel is disappointing. The room is smelly, the bathroom was not clean enough, the sink is obstructed. Would never stay there. The staff really nice.
Clean hotel - near ship terminals staff friendly and helpful. Neat restaurants nearby. And great access to the metro.
Excellent location. We felt safe walking around and enjoyed the continental breakfast and rooftop views of common area.

Very noisy. You can hear all hallway noise from other guests like they were in your room. They misquote their price as they wait until you check out to charge you a "Barcelona City Tourist Tax" of almost 2 Euros per day. This should have been included in the price. Not other hotel I stayed at in Barcelona or Spain charged me this type of tax. It infuriated me. This should be in the Orbitz price whey you book the room. MISREPRESENTATION OF PRICE!!
With a decent location I thought this would be a pretty good hotel. However after arriving we noticed that the air conditioner vent was leaking a massive amount of water onto the floor. I contacted the front desk to which they just apologized and said they would fix. No room change. And of course it was not fixed. The shower was also very cramped and right next to the bidet which made it very uncomfortable to use and in my opinion a little dangerous especially for older guests.
