-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please
consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we
will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50, and
after midnight it will be 80 euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend,
the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m., and after
midnight it will be €80.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be
as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied.
(€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In
addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is
prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Lovely time in Barcelona

We really enjoyed our stay. Was very clean, and comfortable. Everything we needed was available on property. Location was a short walk to the Metro as well and we were able to get all around the city easily.

Convienent but average

The communication with the host was good on WhatsApp. They didnt allow a later checkout but provided options for where we could store luggage locally. They also provided a bottle of champagne. Rooms were clean, doors are very secure. The beds were harder than to our liking, but the rooms had air conditioning, which was very nice. The apartment overall was very small which might just be a europe thing. The door to get into the apartment building was hard to get the key to turn, some giggling was needed. It would take a couple tries and varied on difficulty to open. The area surrounding the apartment was dirty, and underconstruction. Which was disappointing as it wasnt shown in the pictures. Overall the place felt average. It wasnt anything special and the area of the city felt dirty and full of construction. It was close to La Rambla and the Port which worked for our cruise.
