Excellent service of this hotel all around. Staff in the front desk is phenomenal. They are kind, friendly, extremely helpful, and speak fluent English. The breakfast is excellent - fresh, delicious with variety of choices. Thank you for making our first Barcelona experience so great! We will definitely come back!

Everything worked out nicely. Clean, close to everything, staff was very helpful, 15 minute walk to tourist area, 5 min walk to metro and breakfast was a good start to the day. If I were to say anything that may sway you decision is that the rooms are small, but that is expected in most European hotels, but very comfortable & clean. Thanks for a wonderful part of our journey.
Very modern hotel. Everything was very clean. The details on Orbitz (needing 2 twin beds instead of a queen) didn't make it to the hotel's system, but they were friendly and quickly gave us a different room when we went back to explain the problem. They also tout that their staffing is inclusive and diverse, which I thought was very cool.
arrived at hotel 3 in the morning only to find out that tjere is no rooms available, communication between hotel and orbitz.com is terrible. I booked the room and payed for it trough orbitz.com
We were actually moved to another hotel owned by Illunion due to some issues with the Bel Art location. The new location was closer to the beach. Nice place!
Location to the Sagrada Familia was about a 10 min walk. Hotel is close to Metro and Buses. Rooms were small for 3 people. TV was small for a hotel (maybe 32").
Great staff! Quick checkin and amazingly clean rooms..Breakfast was good, I liked the room. The location was perfect for us. Walkable to two metro stations.
Staff could be more Friendly. The cleanning in the bathroom Could be better ( the barhroom door was dirty).the mini fridge didnt freeze. Close to metro station.
