Book for a night stay. We get upgrade to executive room which had all amenities. Had dinner at the launge bar area and the food was tasty. Quite chill place where to rest also. The room was clean. Breakfast lots of choice. Area is good lots of shopping stores and the metro is just 3 min walk. Great stay!
The location is in the business district and near camp nou stadium. If none of these is your purpose of visit I do not recommend the hotel for the location. The rooms where smaller than I expected but the hotel is clean and well maintained. I was despaointed with breackfast choices as I expected much more. Probably the worst breakfast for the price in Barcelona.
Well located in commercial area. Very contemporary and well maintained. Public areas are nicely appointed and a bit spare but reasonably comfortable. Likewise smallish rooms but have all needed for a short stay. Not much drawer space. Bedding is very comfortable. Housekeeping is excellent.
I booked two separately nights at Hilton Barcelona for two people but one of my family decided to stay with us. Emailed hotel in advance to see if they can arrange a room for roll-away bed. I am very satisfied with the arrangement of the hotel. Checked in with Ruria (If I remembered her name correctly). Super friendly and professional. The room is beautiful, and neat. Good sea food choices for HH at lounge. Breakfast is decent. The location is a little far away from center of Barcelona but it is accessible by metro and light rail tram (or 5 mins walk from metro station). Will go back for sure.
This is our third visit to Barcelona and our first time at a Hilton Property in Barcelona. The location was centrally located near shopping, restaurants and a hop on hop off bus stop. Breakfast was exceptional. The room and was clean and spacious. We will definitely consider this hotel in the future.
We stayed in Hilton for 4 Nights. The room was very nice. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good and Staff in the restaurant was very nice and helpfull. However receptionists and consierges were dreadful. They couldnt even answer good morning from us on daily basis! Housekeeping was also very poor. Missing towels and damaged towels on arrival.. dirty toilet also. Looks Like they are not supervised by anyone.. so generally good hotel with very poor Staff except breakfast team! Worst Staff I ever expierienced in Hilton hotel!!!! Good connection with city centre by metro and bus.
This hotel looks like a nice place. We were booked here for two nights as an add-on to a cruise so we didn't pick the hotel, but it looked fine from the website. We liked the location and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately we were given a room on the third floor right next to the elevators and at the top of the atrium. It was cold outside and all the heat that was pumped into the lobby/atrium rose up to the elevator lobby of the third floor where it was like a sweat lodge. The AC did not work the second night and the windows do not open, so we got zero sleep because it was about 85 degrees in our room. Also: all the noise from the lobby/atrium rose up to our room also, the shower was unusable because there was only a hand held and it wouldn't stay up above about 3 feet off the ground; and the bed was super hard, like you would get a bruise if you ran into the edge. We were really grateful to get out of this place and get to the nice cabin we had on the cruise ship!!
The Hilton Barcelona is situated nicely on the Diagonal, close to shopping and the business district. It is also walkable to FC Barcelona's stadium, and metro stops are 5 minutes away. As a Hilton Gold member, the hotel upgraded me to the executive level, which included breakfast and nightly appetizers. Also, the staff in the lounge was extremely helpful throughout the stay, and conversed well in English (my Spanish is sorely lacking). The only potential negative is that the hotel is pretty far away from some of the tourist staples. We used the metro to get around and it works great, but if you want to be able to walk to your destinations, something closer to the city center might work better.
Great place to relax, after long walks in big city! Beautiful lobby and nice atmosphere. First we struggled in the elevator for a bit, cause our room cards didn’t work and we had to go back to reception to activate our cards, but when we finally got to the room, we weren’t disappointed with our choice of a hotel. Bed was so comfortable, view was nice! Peter ThomasRoth bath products are the best, I even ordered online for home!In the hotel neighborhood we found a lot of bars and restaurants!
My colleague and I stayed at the Hilton Barcelona on a recent business trip. The hotel was in a perfect location for providing access to the customers we were visiting. Additionally, the hotel offered good transport both from the airport and also to the city centre. The hotel is very cosy and welcoming. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Checking in was easy and smooth and we were in our rooms within 10 mins. The room was of a good size with all of the expected amenities. The breakfast on the second day was perfect with plenty of variety of food. The coffee and juices were plentiful as well. Overall a very good Hilton hotel in a decent location.
