Not pleasant

One bed is completely broken, snapped in half. Half the chairs for the table are broken or on its last leg and there is a stoner on the below floor that floods the apartment with its "pleasant aroma" because there’s a window you can’t close. Also loves to blast his TV at 5AM with his doors open to wake up the entire apartment complex.
