Room was ok but there was only 1 AC in the apartment, and the room was on the other side of the wall. The washer was messed up - rinse/spin cycle didn’t work.

Our 3 nights stay was a nightmare. The apartment is on 3rd floor and not 2nd as mentioned. The staircase has mould and the smell comes into the flat which has damp. The shower was not working and we reported it, we were told that someone was going to repair it, however no one came. The dining chairs had mould under the cushions and the chairs sank in the middle when we sat. The lights were not working. There is only one AC in the apartment. We were told that leave your bedroom doors open to cool the room … no privacy at all. The photographs show large bedroom but they are small and the second one does not have any ventilation … it’s boxed in. It’s not suitable for people with any kind of disabilities or respiratory issues… the flat has steep stairs and stinks of damp and mould. Our stay was horrible with the lady who checked us in being rude and unresponsive. She did not respond to our messages about sorting the shower and light out . We wanted to cancel our booking and find something else but there was no response from propery manager or Vbro although we were promised that someone will call us on Tuesday 13th June as Monday was a holiday. Truly disappointed… our stay in Barcelona was ruined. On checkout we showed these things to the cleaner that turned up and he called the office to report it.

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement moyennement entretenue, pas d’eau chaude, l’évier de cuisine bruit en permanence du frigo plafond, écailler, baignoire, salle, mur de la chambre moisi, cafetière cassée. Franchement vu le prix je ne conseillerais pas.

Chaises défoncées et bain bouché

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Barcelone, près de tout. Les chaises de la salle à manger sont toutes défoncées, zéro confort. Le bain et l’évier étaient bouchés, on a dû utiliser le siphon pour les déboucher. La cafetière était moisie , et le gestionnaire devait nous apporter une nouvelle cafetière rapidement… a on ne l’a jamais eu.
