I stay one week, during the week a medical item I kept on the bed side was threw away without question, and one night after being caught in very heavy rain, in which I had to take my shirt off I walked into the reception to be stopped a reception who told us we can’t walk round the hotel in that state, I politely replied our clothes are soaked and we are going straight to our room he rolled his eyes and waved us on, i understand why he stopped us but a bit of understanding would have been nice.

The connections to the centre were rather good and also you had the sites (fountain) close by. There are plenty of food options close by which is ideal for breakfast or late night snack. The rooms are modern and good. Area for improvement - Pool lounger reservation. All loungers were taken but only half occupied so staff could help by clearing people's towels if not in use
