We truly were lucky picking this property. It was exceptional. Staff was incredible, extremely clean , beautiful rooms. Well situated in the Gothic area so we walked everywhere no need for transport. We could not give a location a better rating

Terrible services and poor communication. They did not clean my room once. I tried to stay longer since I got robbed and I was waiting for a new card to. be delivered to there, but when they told me to come back to confirm they said it wasn't available. Don't stay here.

It was a last minute booking and I had wish that my stay in Barcelona from day one would had been to stay at this hotel vs the one I did stay at.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The pool is on the small side but was still a lot of fun. The location is excellent- in the middle of Born. I will definitely be staying here again!
We had a great time at the Catalonia Born. It's perfectly located, has great facilities, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is incredibly nice. Family friendly and you can't beat the price. Will stay here each time we visit.
Great location. Walking distance to everything or the metro. Great room with a large terrace. Modern facilI ties. Good breakfast buffet for 10 euros, but we never ate it because there are too many pastry shops in the area. Good WiFi. Bed very firm, but large king. Good AC. Helpful staff. Orbitz did mess up our reservation when I made a change. On the phone for 2 calls over an hour each and still didn't get my full credit.
Staff at the Hotel Catalonia Born were all fantastic and very helpful. The lady doing room service couldn't have been nicer either. Very friendly. The Born district is great. Good shops, bakeries & eateries around. Easy walking distance to downtown. Only real complaint would be the noise that we experienced outside of our window. People talking and rummaging through things & jack hammering in the morning. Overall good.

Dear Anonymous, we are sorry for your feelings about the room, but after we checked with the maid your room was not cleaned because you had the "do not disturb" sign on the door. And for the extra night, as you said, we run out of rooms. On this days there is a lot of movements and we sell all rooms. Best regards!
