AVOID AT ALL COST. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My wife and I were forced to stay here after our flight was cancelled. The hotel reeks of cigarettes. The room was truly disgusting. The food was absolutely awful. Stay anywhere but here.
We had a fabulous time staying here, it’s only a short walk from the metro station which can take you anywhere in Barcelona you only need to change over station it is a little bit away from la rambles or anywhere busy but I liked the quiet and the roof top pool make it all worth the wile, it’s is definitely needed because the heat was just in bearable sometimes so the pool really was my favourite feature to this hotel featuring the top 3rd panoramic view in Barcelona it’s truly is beautiful rooms are exactly what we needed a lovely large balcony equipped with sun beds and table and chairs staff were all friendly and very clean we loved it !!!
Would recommend this hotel, stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, it is very clean if a bit dated in areas but overall more than happy with the hotel and would stay here again. Metro station is a short walk away over the bridge and this is also a short walk from Park Guell Gaudi’s village. We upgraded to a room with a terrace and were more than please with the size and the great view of the mountains. Staff are great also, friendly and helpful. The only downside pool is slightly smaller than the picture and the aircon could do with a service
Kind staff. The hotel is located in quiet area. The interior of the rooms is very nice. The pool on the roof have wonderful view but is small on size. We didn't have meal included so I can't rate the restaurant or the bar.
I’ve just arrived home from a short stay here. The hotel is a short walk up a hill from the metro station. The hotel was clean and welcoming. With the rooms cleaned daily which is nice. Triple Room layout was different than the type shown online. One negative point i found was that i travelled with 2 female friends and the bathroom door was made out of frosted glass with the toilet directly behind the door and the door itself had big spaces either side of the door which Could be a bit awkward. I just don’t see the point in this...but all round. Nice stay
We booked this without really looking into it, we saw a pool and thought it would be a good cool down after a day of sightseeing. The hotel isn’t very central, but the metro system is so easy to manoeuvre that it doesn’t matter. We used the Citymapper app to get around from here and it was so easy, and half the time no more than 15 minutes travelling. The pool has great views but it’s quite little, so don’t expect to go get loungers when it’s busy. The pool at this time of year is freezing, but ok once you get into it. Terrace could do with a bar really and more towels. The room is fine, it’s really clean, the beds are comfortable and there’s a tv. Not all rooms have a view, we had a view of the inner atrium area. The walls are thin but didn’t bother us really. The check in process is lengthy though, we waited over half an hour (being second in the queue) to get checked in. Never experienced anything so slow, there was about 15 people behind us too. Once you’re in though it’s easy, and way easier to check out. Really enjoyed our stay here!
Lovely pool deck on the roof, very thin walls, you can hear people talk, sneeze and shower in other rooms. Clean but very dark room, very hard bed but plus for the AC. Nice and friendly staff and very good transports to the center of Barcelona. Underground station just a five minute walk from the hotel.
I showed up in quite an emotional agitated state, IKer on the front desk was fantastic with me so kind and genuine despite me being extremely difficult. He arranged food for me and made sure I was ok. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel and I hope they appreciate and reward him for his valuable service. They are EXTREMELY lucky to have him.
lovely hotel, the rooftop pool is amazing with the best views. For the price we paid, it was totally up to standard. Food in the snack bar was nice, friendly staff, we had the premium room and it was tidy and clean. Only a two minute walk to the bus station and metro, that both take you directly to the city center and very cheap. if you do not like walking, i would advise staying closer to the city center. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Indicated breakfast was included, it wasn't. Had to switch rooms two times. Bathroom was full of little bugs, disgusting. Floors were so dirty that our feet turned black. I'm generally a laid back and easy going person that can handle a lot, this was very disappointing.
