Stayed here for 1 night and had a pretty good experience. I loved the design of the room - modern, clean, spacious and plenty of storage. Rooftop pool was small with a limited amount of lounge chairs. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to order a drink in the evening on the rooftop deck because there was no one available to take drink orders. Also, the pool and rooftop close promptly at 9pm. Hotel is in a good location - walking distance to Sagrada Familia.
Everything in the hotel was best - great location, big and clean rooms, small but amazing pool with bar, beautiful sun roof terrace with nice flowers, comfortable beds, big, clean and modern bathroom!
Have mixed feelings about our stay at this hotel, especially given all of the positive reviews. The pros: Great location, lovely decor, rooms were spacious. The cons: I’m assuming we caught the staff on an “off day” as our check-in process was terrible. The individual (lady) who checked us in did not warmly greet us or welcome us. (I might add that our arrival was delayed by a day due to flight issues.) No offer to provide a map of the area or overview of hotel amenities. Instead, she immediately wanted to up-charge us for our 6 year old daughter to stay in the room. (BTW-we’ve traveled extensively though Europe and this hotel is the first and ONLY hotel that’s made an issue out of a child sleeping in the bed). I totally understand that some establishments charge for an extra person in the room; it’s really not about that. It was the approach and the lack of empathy in how she was so rude in addressing us after it took us over 24 hours to get there. Not to mention, we pre-paid for an entire night’s stay that we didn’t use due to the flight delay — which more than made up for the 15 Euro up-charge for our 6 year daughter to stay in the room. The pool was small and overfilled due to the hot weather. We also had family photos and requested an iron. There is no iron in the hotel. And the staff was completely indifferent about helping to find one nearby. Would not stay here again as the service was lacking. This hotel needs some major refinement in hospitality.
My third time to visit Spain and exactly Barcelona. it was wonderful place to stay in Barcelona. Staff were helpful and friendly from the start to end. What imprinted this further was when I had an accident and broke my arm, their support with everything was phenomenal. The manager and the owner both found us to offer support and genuine concern. When the arm is better then we will definitely be back. This hotel made all the difference to what was almost a total disaster
We spent two nights there and it was awesome. The hotel was only a 5 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with all amenities necessary for a great stay. The breakfast was €15 a person, but it was all you cam eat, and all you can drink mimosas. The room was slightly humid, and the beds were spilt even though though we were a couple. The shower pressure was really nice, and the happy hour was a nice gesture. The only problem with it was that it was only for 15 minutes, and only a sample of wine per person. Overall, this was a very nice property with great amenities and wonderful staff. The location was ideal near la Sagrada Familia, and it was an amazing stay.
Lovely hotel in a great position for Sagrada and the metro. New and boutique like with a roof top swimming pool. I can’t praise the staff enough as I left some items in the room and they sent them back so quickly keeping me up dated - shout out to Jordi! They were so fantastic. Breakfast vast and food at other times very good. I would stay here again and again! A great addition to Barcelona!
Look no further than this modern hotel in a great location As soon as you arrive you will not be disappointed, and the rooms are excellent Pool is a little small, but there is plenty of roof top space to sit with views across the city
The Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The ambience was exceptional, the lighting designer did a phenomenal job. Leed Certified (Gold). Worth the money. Thank. You for watching my bags when l returned a week later with out cost.
From the minute we walked into the lobby, I knew we picked the right hotel. It smelled wonderful and was uniquely decorated. Location was great as it was a 5 minute walk to Sagrada Familiar. The room was a sufficient size and the entire hotel was spotless. The rooftop pool and lounge area was great. If I have one negative thing to say it will be that if they say Happy Hour is at 5pm, be there at 5pm because 5:15pm you are out of luck. Same with breakfast. Breakfast served until 10:30am and if you get there at 10am, what ever is left over is what you get. No additional items will be put out.
We loved it, the selfie floor with a spectacular view and a pool, the room design, service .... all was great. The location may seem far from the old town, but cabs are super cheap. This location is quite thre
