Nice Time

Other then not having good weather it was a nice vacation. The house was very spacious. I absolutely loved the master king bedroom and the porches with the hot tub. A little disappointed that the jets in the jacuzzi tub weren’t working. We reported it but no one came. Other then dirty dishes left in the dishwasher the house was pretty clean for the most part. We just left the dishwasher alone. I would definitely use Vacasa again. Everything was made so simple.

The home was nice enough and the location close to the beach is great. The kitchen table was sticky with years of grime. We cleaned it ourselves. They do not have adequate beach chairs as advertised. We asked for more and the property manager never responded. There were 2 decent chairs and 4-5 crappy ones. Don’t advertise a home for up to 12 people and then fail to supply beach chairs. We left ours at home 🙃

Perfect size and location!

Comfortable space for the 11 of us. Nicely decorated. Could use a thorough cleaning of blinds, curtains and air ducts. Beach toys and chairs are well loved. Overall a great place to stay, close to beach. We would stay there again!

Spring Break Getaway

We had a great stay! Love the layout of the house and the wonderful view of the ocean from both the dining area and the deck. So close to beach access. House was fully stocked and loved that vacasa took care of linens/towels and checking in with code. So simple.

Great beach home

We had a great time at this home! Large enough to comfortably fit 12. The walk to the beach trail is practically across the street. We felt like we had the convenience of beach front property without the beach front price! Highly recommend!

Excellent place, hard to ask questions

The TV cable stopped working on the living room TV. I tried to call Vacasa but did not wait as the hold times are long. Before renting I asked the owner a question or two but received no response. Had to ask a neighbor when the trash pickup day was since there was no information at the house.

Nice family stay

We had a nice time visiting the Crowning Touch property for a week visit to the Outer Banks. There was plenty of room for my family or five, and we very much appreciate all the bathrooms available. The kitchen is well stocked, and the upstairs is very comfortable with all amenities needed for a nice stay. A bonus was the exceptional view of the ocean from the deck and also from the dining table and kitchen. Covered parking is a benefit, and it protected our vehicle from the elements while we were there. There were chairs and equipment to enjoy the beach together, and the Internet service and cable TV worked well with no issues. Beds are very comfortable, and even when the temperatures were a little bit cool the house stay nice and warm. Just a few minor details that I think could’ve enhance the experience. The outside area along with the outdoor beach equipment could have been much cleaner and better organized. There was quite a bit of trash and even broken glass around the property on the side and back which I feel is not appropriate and could have been cleaned up. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay at this property and would gladly stay again!

Beautiful Home

Our stay at this property could not have been any better. Home was clean and had great views of the ocean. Very short walk to the beach and close to stores in town. Definitely a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend this home.

As good as ocean front!

This house was spectacular! As good as ocean front. Plenty of room for my family of 8 and our dogs. One small issue was that there were roaches in the upstairs bathroom. We bought a Roach Motel and caught 4 roaches and the problem was resolved. That will not stop us from renting this wonderful house again.

Great location to beach and great house!

This was a great house. Loved how close it was to the beach and the beautiful view from the decks! I was a little disappointed in the lack of some staples such as plastic wrap, aluminum foil, bath and sink soap. I was in my bedroom one day and a stranger with a cleaning bucket came walking past on the deck. Apparently cleaning or checking the hot tub. And another day the exterminator truck was on the driveway when we pulled in. It would have been nice to have had some notification that these people would be coming by.

Fantastic home!

We absolutely loved the home and the location. The house is more than equipped, especially the kitchen, and it is clear it is cared for with love. The view of the ocean from the dining room, as well as the top deck, is so soothing. And the walk to the beach truly is VERY short. Less than 4 minutes from front door to setting up your chair, even with small children in tow. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Dog Family Friendly!

The house was the perfect place for us to have Thanksgiving with two families + their dog! It was the perfect amount of bedrooms and baths and the upstairs area was nice and open so everyone had their own space. It was a really great experience and we were so thankful to be able to also have our dog with us! The family also sent us a really cute gift bag upon arrival! We were right by the walkway to the beach and the home had everything we could ever need!
