It was neutral nothing outstanding it was OK. just when we walked in I noticed the coffee pot still had coffee in it from last guest, and the toilet was running I could not stop it it was late to call anybody and the night stand between the beds where the phone is (yes they still have phones) was very dusty. besides that it was fine

great eye appeal. very large room and real comfortable bed

Cute place but service was awful. Showed up no one there phone number listed rings to a phone in a building with no one there. I saw some people there going into there room. They said we should know the room and doors are unlocked with key on table. They gave us the owner's cell phone number. We called no answer, she finally calls back and says its my fault I didn't know the room she called me in the morning and I didn't answer. Finally get into the room no running water. I flagged her down told her no water, she looks at me with disgust shacking her head insisting yes there is water. Comes into our room to find out in fact there is no water. Apparently she thought I didn't know how to turn on a sink. I'm in a rush at this point leave my husband to deal with it. Finally fixed but mud and water mix. Then grumbles to my husband saying now I have to tell everyone else. Worst hotel experience ever. Felt like we were inconveniencing her when we are paying customers not her friends or family. Its a shame because the place is cute. However not worth the attitude you receive from the owner. We will not be staying there again.

Great place for family stays. Lots of safe outdoor area.

No Wi-Fi; Hot water ran only for 3 minutes; No hot breakfast as advertised; TV is smaller than a screen on my laptop, and TV itself does not work. Tried to call front desk, but no one answered and no one returned my call. Terrible experience.

I apologize for the coffee left in the pot I saw it and forgot to dispose of it, the flap in the tank sometimes sticks but usually releases when flushed again. YES we still have phones in every room, inorder for the guest to call to the lounge , a intercom. Thank You

Mr.Quinn, has stayed with us before. I did call to inform guest of their room,I was told the mail box was full, guest are to arrive after 3 pm, I arrived at the Motel approx, 3pm. I told them the room no. approx.2 minutes later I was told that they did not have water. I went in to the room and turned the faucet on, I did not insult the women, I was worried that the water was not working, after going in to the water room, I found a flood, the preasure cap had blown off and water was pouring out. I shut everything off. I called a repair man, went back to the room to tell guest what had happened, when repaired, I told Mr. Guinn that the water may run a little drown for a few minutes, he stated that was not a problem. I said that I had to inform the other guest, did not ask them to tell others, I did not see his wife during this time she had left, I was worried that the rooms were going to be flooded ,I did not insult the women, my only concern was for my guest. The repairs were made and everything back to normal within a hour. Some times we respond with the same attitude that we receive from others, a little patients and understanding can go a long way.Sincerely hope you had a safe trip home.

Good morning, The Wi-fi is a network that you have to sign into, the hot water is a gas system that you may have to wait a few minutes for, the TV is a 26'' flat screen that does work when the correct buttons are pushed, did not get your message until late, should of called the alternative phone no. on the leaflet in the room, we do not offer a hot breakfast, a continental refreshments are offered starting memorial weekend, I apologize for that misunderstanding,I apologize for your terrible experience.
