We had to tear off the shipping mattress bags ourselves and remake the bed, but the mattresses were new! Also no lighting except in hall and bathroom- none in actual bedroom.

I really wanted to like this place because the staff is SO NICE!! Unfortunately, the upkeep of this hotel is not so nice. I chose it because we were staying for 2 nights and I wanted a kitchen. There was no hand towel, paper towels, sponge/wash cloth or dishwashing soap in the kitchen. There were no bedspreads or blankets on the bed. The only light in the living space came from the kitchen and there were only two chairs to sit and watch TV. The towels are itty bitty and very thin and we only got two. There was no hand soap in the kitchen or bathroom. One bar of soap to split between the shower and bathroom sink. No hairdryer (and when I asked for one, they didn't have one in the whole hotel to give me). The floor was not well cleaned, dirt in the corners. The rooms need a paint job, badly. That all being said, the beds were comfortable and the a/c units kept the room cool for two days. They were doing some kind of renovation (which seemed like it was only on the outside) so maybe it's going to get better. Again, every staff member was super nice and helpful. Honestly though, I would not stay there again.

The room was dirty. It was tiny, it was not what we requested and they charged for room we had paid for through Orbitz and I’m still waiting to have it credited back to my card. I canceled and left on March 3, 20. It was horrible. I did not have a let out couch as requested. The beds were not queen, the were full size with a queen headboard. Carpet was dirty. Even nightstand had sticky stuff on it? I left and went to another hotel

It was a great property to me, the staff is awesome, they had 2 washers and 2 dryers but only one of each worked, and the dryer that works took two cycles, that is truly my own complaint

The staff was very friendly! The only complaint that I have is that there was not a good breakfast. They were out of all the breakfast foods. Other then that our stay was great. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was nice once we we able to get it. When I arrive at 9am to tell the hotel that I would be back at 3pm to get our room, I was told that my room had been canceled due to being over booked. I had booked the room the begin of July, had a comformation number and never had received any notification that the reservation had being canceled. I also had called a wk prior to ask a question about the room and was not told it was canceled. I told her that she needed to find us a room and I would check back. She said she would talk to her manager. We did finally get a room. The other issue was when we went to find out about bed linens for the fold out sofa, I was told that had no more blanket or pillows. All they gave me was 2 sheets. I again told them that this was not exceptable, that they need to find some. After about 10 mins I finally got a blanket and a pillow, which I hope was clean and not out of the dirty laundry. While waiting for our room there was 2-3 other people that were complaining that their reservations had also been canceled, without any notice. This does not appear how a hotel should be run. I am also a Wyndham Rewards member and picked this hotel for its location, but it did not live up to a Wyndham hotel standards.

Hotel is not as nice advertised. Picked this hotel bc it had a pretty good rating on orbitz. But I beg to differ. Lots of broken and quick fix things in room and hallways. Beds were not good. Spent the entire night tossing and turning and woke up with back pain. Not good for my 13 hr car drive I have ahead of me. Not only were the beds and room below average the walls are so thin I could hear every door slam on the floor as well as the party going on next door. Very disappointed.

I had to stay two nights because of work and they turned out pretty good and relaxing. Will use again when I'm in town.

Staff was great. Had a patio area with a swing, off of the bar, and overlooking the golf course which was very relaxing after a day of driving. Not on the strip, off the expressway with the other hotels so it was a nice change of location.

Clean comfortable room, great staff, and a good value. Looking forward to staying again on my next trip to Conyers.

Experience was great. Staff at the front desk was excellent. Very friendly overall atmosphere at this property. We stayed here on our way to and from the Masters golf tournement. Plan to do the same thing next year.. We even plan on staying an extra night and play golf. Jabari Crutchfield even offered to make us a tee time.

This hotel is nestled in a nice area of Conyers in which you can relax as well as access downtown Atlanta within 20 to 30 minutes.

This was a very quaint hotel in a quaint location. The staff is exceptional. Not much to the hotel restaurant – but the bar is pretty awesome. I would recommend to anyone and definitely go back!

It was a great property to me, the staff is awesome, they had 2 washers and 2 dryers but only one of each worked, and the dryer that works took two cycles, that is truly my own complaint
