First, the name is misleading. It’s actually called Econo Lodge on the sign, but advertised as Columbus Inn and Suites on the internet. The front desk clerk was incompetent. So much so that he COMPLETELY mishandled my 4-rooms reservation and I did NOT get to use them. He wanted me to “wait until 7am” so that the next desk clerk could assist him. We had to sleep in my vehicle that evening in order to get some rest before heading out for our 5hr trip back home. Totally unprofessional. Totally incompetent. I’ve never seen anything like it before. Please DO NOT waste your time and energy on this establishment. Truly a train wreck.
Room was dirty upon arrival. Fridge didn't work and smelled like mold. Asked the front staff for a different room and they threatened to call the police. Eventually went back to the room and put fridge and microwave outside to remove mold smell. TV didn't work at first but then did and made a high pitched buzzing sound like a dog whistle. Staff was rude. Do not recommend this place at all.
It was nice and clean friendly staffs great breakfast
It was quiet the room could have used some paint and the breakfast could have been better.
Toilet was not cleaned. Therer was toilet paper stuck to the seat. On top of the toilet seat. There was a straw in a drawer that was wet and looked to be covered in cola, as if it was just taken out of a cup. I had to detail, do some cleaning to my room before I was ok and comfortable.
Just needed a microwave but besides that everything was great
Musty smell. A/C inadequate. Bathroom grungy. Breakfast lacking

When I 1st walked in roaches crawling on the wall very old motel needs to be gutted and rebuilt. Staff was very nice and helpful..
The room looked as if it has not been clean in month.
We got what we paid for the staff was polite and friendly our housekeeper showed us outstanding customer service the front desk attendance resolved all are issues and a timely manner the only complaint I have is that the website is misleading it said that there was a pool on site and there wasn't
Nevertheless, a police station is behind the block, I found the room unsecured not because I saw something unusual happen but there was not a way to lock the door by the inside.
I dont get why so many people complain! You want better quality you pay higher price. I got exactly what i expected for the money i paid. The room was clean and least and the staff was nice
Average hotel. Room has wi-fi so that was a plus! Strangely, most motels I've stayed in have that "smell".
I was very unhappy with this hotel. Bathroom door knob was hanging loose and door would not close. Very bad neighborhood. Baseboards were torn off in many places. Everytime I left and came back the keys would not work. Smelled bad upon arrival. Only positive thing was that the staff was very nice. Never will I stay there again :(
The hotel is good for basic needs however needs lots of improving. You get what you pay for. However the price in person was cheaper than advertised on here. In a run down area but close to base. Staff was nice. Left before breakfast was served. The room was clean but again, run down. The door didn't close all the way. You could see between the crack in the door. But was relatively quiet.
this hotel was so bad room dirty bed was sagging in middle it was so bad that we only stayed 1 night out of three would like refund on unsued nights thank-you gary rice
