Very nice clean Fairfield Inn. Had a double suite and it was nice and roomy and clean. The staff is very helpful especially Angie. She was very helpful in helping me print and fax some things. I will definitely come back.

My mom and I stayed here several nights. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good enough that I convinced my mom to eat there several mornings and she is not normally a fan of hotel breakfasts. Everyone at the desk was friendly and accommodating whether I was requesting an extra pillow or extending our stay. The only note, not all of the handicap accessible rooms were the same. We stayed in the room with the roll in shower several times and it was fine. When that wasn't available, we stayed in a room on the second floor and it was fine. However, the third room we stayed in was not truly accessible. There were no grab bars in the shower and the shower chair was not stable. So, if you need an accessible room, make sure that the one you get has everything that you need.

I wouldn't go so far as to say the staff was rude or not courteous, but they weren't friendly nor were they accommodating, either. In fact, there didn't seem to be anyone around. The room was small, lacked a refrigerator, which we typically have in Fairfields. It lacked adequate support for charging electronics as well. Breakfast was a disaster. They were out of coffee, eggs and forks. When the woman in the kitchen was told, she didn't seem particularly concerned. The only condiment offered was salsa. Had spent the previous night in a Fairfield Inn elsewhere, so this was a disappointment in comparison.

This hotel is so nice. It is where I stay in Columbia. It is clean and affordable, while the rooms are well appointed. The front desk staff and manager cassie, are more then accommodating. Thanks again.

This is a very nice hotel and the amenities are plenty. Im travelling for business and the snow hit. The real jewel here is Cassie at the front desk. She has gone above and beyond. I was so tired of the cold mess on the roads so I called and got the friendliest, REAL PERSON voice- Cassie! She helped me check in early as the weather is frightful. She greeted me with such enthusiam and made me feel so very welcome. Also I stay at a lot of hotels but this one is off the charts SPECTACULARLY CLEAN from the lobby to every detail in my room.

I travel a lot through out the year and I've had to come to Columbia a few times for medical reasons and spend the night. I've stayed at some nice facilities, but this is in a class to itself! Not only were the facilities clean and comfortable but the staff's customer service blew me away! Talking about going above and beyond, they did it with joy! I wondered how could you have such a concentration of quality customer service in one place and then I met the General Manager! She made us feel right at home! We wanted for nothing in quality service. I will recommend this hotel above any in Columbia, because anyone can build a new facility, but it takes an exceptional team to provide the level of customer service this staff delivers! I will stay at this hotel every time I need to stay overnight in Columbia!!!

Very dissapointed in the hotel. The door to the bathroom kept slamming shut each time. The shower had no place to put shower supplies, had to put soap on the ground. The bed was very uncomfortable, felt the springs in the bed, The pillows were very hard. For what we were charged, it was not worth the price

Great smiles and attitudes! Very knowlegable of the surround area. Stop at front destroy and ask for any and all upgrades. All at the front desk were polite, professional and concise. Used printer and computer, all was well.

On the north side of I-70 near a few restaurants but shopping is on the other side. But we weren't going out, just checked in for the night so it was quiet for us. Breakfast was a lacking eggs (only cold hard boiled) and the "main course" was biscuits and gravy.

I've stayed at many Fairfield Inns as a frequent Marriott customer. I was disappointed with this one. It is located not far off the interstate, which is nice, but it is nowhere near the business district of town. Unfortunately, the room wasn't as clean as usual. It was inexpensive, which is nice, but frankly the low price suits it.
