Very nice entry once you're in the hotel, room was very large. Decent Continental+ breakfast pretty standard overall. Bed was very hard and hot tub chemicals were BRUTAL on my eyes and lungs and hot tub was a bit run down.

We were on the way to Kentucky and needed a place to stay. We picked Country Inn & Suites by Radisson for its 9.0 rating and reasonable rate. Our expectations were exceeded with a very clean hotel, very pleasant staff, great room with a clean and spacious bathroom with great lighting, a great shower, quiet HVAC, great sound isolation, great light exclusion to extend and improve sleep, and a good breakfast. The only things that could have made it ideal would have been bananas at breakfast and keycards that would work the entire stay. Honestly, if we need a place to stay in Columbia, MO, this is likely our choice on future trips. Thanks!

Trip out- First room was good. Breakfast ok. Return trip- room 316 is horrific - drywall seams split in many places on ceiling- clear evidence of water penetration patch in area above/near tv, hvac unit would only run at 78 degrees no matter what temp you set the wall tstat to. Front desk person in AM was abysmal to deal with. She attempted to put blame on me for not notifying them asap and ignoring the facts at hand. I replied- Seriously? You’re going there? Putting responsibility on me? This isn’t new damage or a a new complaint for this room- address fixing your *%#~ Room! Stop turning it Into a customer issue when the hotel owns it. Done. Never again for this facility.
