The hotel was in a great location, easy to access. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the upkeep on the property was lacking. There were many areas I felt needed more appropriate maintenance than what was being done.

Great Stay Except for the Pool
Room was amazing and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly, and food was excellent. However the pool needs major maintenance. There were pieces of paint chips everywhere, hair and dirt all around the pool, and the hot tub didn't work and was loaded with cracked paint.

Terrible!!! The room smelled like sewage. There was hair and dirt on surfaces. The noise on the interstate was unbearable. I would never stay here again!!

Staff is always great at this hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast has good options. Only negatives are that the king bed mattress has huge divots that your body sinks into and that rooms on the south side can easily hear EVERYTHING on back patio - even from the 4th floor.
