Holiday Inn Executive Center-Columbia Mall

I had booked a stay with breakfast included. When I checked in, the front desk initially did not give me the breakfast coupons and had to be reminded about it. If you forgot the details of your booking (for example if you booked a while back) then it would have been a goodbye to that Also the showers are very low. So if you are any taller than 5'8" you will have to stoop to get under the shower

Highly recommend! Great location. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast bar and amazing staff!

I spent 4 nights at Holiday Inn Executive and was pleased that this hotel has a quiet floor. Excellent stay. Clean room and friendly/responsive staff. From check-in to check-out my experience was excellent!

Spacious, good pave. But no free breakfast There is a Dennys next door

This was by far not one of my best stays anywhere. Checkout was pleasant for me but not the person ahead of me. The front desk person was not overly helpful or pleasant to her. The person that helped me was nice and checked us in quickly. The room was decent. There was a door separating our room from the one next door. The lock was about to fall off. If someone wanted to come in, it wouldn't take much effort. The main door to our room wouldn't latch behind us. We had to push or pull it shut to get it to close all the way. The pool needed a good cleaning and an update. I was very surprised to find out there was not a hot tub for the indoor pool. Since we stayed in November, we did not investigate the outdoor pool. There was an event the night we stayed. We had to park in a side parking lot and there were no other entrances to go in except the front door. That was a pretty long walk when it was fairly chilly outside. The breakfast was a huge disappointment! We paid extra in order to have breakfast there and we should have saved our money to eat somewhere else. It was like they had never served breakfast on a Saturday before. We waited a pretty long time to be seated. We were almost done with our food before our drink orders were taken. The buffet hardly had any food on it. There were two pieces of bacon left, two pieces of french toast sticks, no milk or bowls for the cereal. Basically one of my daughters and myself ate hash browns for breakfast. That was not worth the $10 per person!

all good no problems had a good banquet room was fine

Very polite staff and the amenities were satisfactory .

This hotel was ideally located, being located immediately off the highway. The staff members that checked me in and out were very friendly. However, the room door had a gap at the floor, which allowed light and a significant amount of hall traffic noise in. The room was overall pretty loud, as I could easily hear conversations and bathroom use noise from the surrounding rooms. Aside from that annoyance, I would stay at this hotel again, as it was clean, comfortable, and in a good location.

No complaints everything was just fine. Things of note, room furniture was not bad but seemed a bit outdated but by no means an issue. Location was ideal for what we came for and the Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly which in and of itself made our stay worth while. No areas of concern in room cleanliness

The hotel was nice, but service and the individual room were not worth the money. The cleaning service knocked on our door 3 times well before check-out hour, even though the Do Not Disturb was on the outside of the door. Most of the TV channels were out (the weather was fine). The hotel did have a very nice gym and the pool was spacious and warm, it was just very dirty from all the foliage. No soap/shampoo/conditioner was provided, and there were old coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The location was great and there was a large parking lot, so that was very convenient. We probably won't stay at this hotel again.

Will stay here anytime I visit family in Columbia, MO. Clean rooms, good food, beautiful pool and amenities.

renovations made the halls look like trashed, terrible timing since it was the 100th Homecoming and packed. Understood the included breakfast buffet was overloaded in dining room so they directed us to banquet room. Not the same offering and charged us for a child when the next morning we were told they were free. No one seemed to know what was going on.

The hotel was under construction, I had scaffolding outside my window. I could not shut the curtains. The room was in need of a complete scrub down. The help was not helpful, borderline rude. I was VERY disappointed in all aspects of the hotel stay!!

Was an OK stay. Outside pool was closed. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The $25 pet fee charge is not stated on [...] description or amenities of the hotel. We had to pay that in addition to the room fees/taxes.

Came in for Parents Weekend. This was a great place to come back to and relax. Room service was excellent too! Room was very nice, pillows great and halls quiet!

I am sick of being treated like a second class citizen because I "booked thru a third party". The hotel employees act like you are somehow pulling something over on them. At this Hotel they would not give me points for this stay. [...] and the hotels need to get their act together.

I was there long enough to sleep and shower and hit the road. Nice enough place, too expensive pretty dated.

We were just passing through Columbia and this place was nice because once we got to the hotel, we did not have to leave again...we could relax.

Check in was pleasant and efficient . I stayed 2 nights. They did not clean room while I was there, or change towels.

Nothing special. Location desirable.
