Cute hotel but could use some serious updates. The young guy at the front counter was not overly friendly and welcoming. Theres hardly any staff around. However, the rooms are nice and cozy. The beds are soft and comfy. The lounge chairs are nice also. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar is awesome. Overall, great stay and would go back again.

When we checked in everything on the surface was nice, but then i noticed that our room needed a deep clean. The hottub was closed, super bummed. Then at breakfast today, there was an employee having a conversation about following a budget and dropping a bunch of F-bombs sense she was so mad about something. Im assuming it was a manager (higher up personnel) in the back/kitchen area. And you could hear everything. I understand being upset, but my kids where in the breakfast room hear it all

Nice stay! Really enjoyed the room with whirlpool tub. Very spacious and clean and nice bed. We slept very well and would definitely recommend!

Super loud basement room. I asked front desk for supplies since one of the beds was not made. They said they’d try but had no pillows. We had no Kleenex, soap of any kind, 1/4 roll of toilet paper and two towels for 5 people staying; thankfully we had extra of some things but it made getting three kids ready for bed very difficult and no response from desk about loud areas around and above or room supplies. Very dirty room overall but it was too late to change anything; we also had a service dog with us and in order to take her outside we had to walk all the way to the lobby. Was definitely not busy enough to justify putting us in that room. Super disappointed because we’ve stayed here many times in the past without a problem.
