◆ Guests have full, exclusive access to the apartment during their stay, with shared access to the laundry room.
◆ Please note that being part of a 12-unit apartment complex, there may be some general "living" noises.
◆ Complimentary amenities include Wi-Fi, a 55” Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels. We also provide some starter essentials like soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. These items are not replenished during your stay.
◆ To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, parties/events, loud music, raised voices, or excessive noise are not permitted. The property is equipped with MINUT, a noise monitoring device that alerts us to excessive noise levels. Tampering with or attempting to disable this device will result in a $200 fine and immediate removal from the property.

Guest access

◆ Guests can conveniently self-check-in using the electronic keypad located at the front door.
◆ Access codes are typically sent within 24 hours of your arrival for your ease of entry.
◆ Each guest will have exclusive access to their individual unit, as well as shared access to the laundry room within the building.
◆ Please note that guests must navigate stairs to access the unit. There are 4-5 steps down to the unit, as it's considered a "garden apartment" partially below the main/street level. Additionally, to exit the building, there are two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails. Access to the coin-operated laundry room on the 2nd floor requires climbing up and down a few flights of steps as well.

Other things to note

◆ Please note that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.
◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.
◆ Complimentary amenities provided during your stay include Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more.
◆ Upon your arrival, we provide some complimentary basic essentials to help you get started, such as soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags for each bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay, so you'll need to purchase more as needed.
◆ A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

✔ No loud music is allowed. Please be aware that there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on the property. Tampering with or removing this equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
✔ Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is prohibited in the home, and the use of recreational drugs on the premises is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply will result in a $500 penalty.
✔ No tents or other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property.
✔ Please refrain from moving furniture to maintain the property's integrity.
➜ Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
