I do not recommend this hotel at all, service is terrible, the hotel by itself is clean but nothing else, service people are rude, and even it is cheap you can get another good deals and better hotels in Juarez!
My fiance and I stayed for a week because the hotel was close to the American Consulate. We found out that the breakfast (not free) was excellent as was the room service. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Ample parking, free automatic wi-fi, rooms are large/clean/well kept, smallish refridgerator, lock box in room for valuables. Room standard price is moderate/high but the online deals make this a no brainer.
I recently stayed at this hotel for business. The outside was well kept. The inside lobby, restaurant and lounge were also very nice. The rooms were somewhat worn. I didn't have hot water for my shower which was disappointing but got me really ready for the day. The breakfast was included and very good. The cleanliness was very good. I probably would try to stay at a better known chain next time.
The location is near to important areas. The restaurant is good, also the bar. The rooms very confortables and i love tje shower is a really nice and a lot of pressure to the water. The swimming pool is nice and always and clean. General is a great hotel for vacation or bussines.
My husband and I were attending a wedding in Juarez and the Real Inn was the host hotel. The location was great because you could walk to the mail and park. The property was nice and the staff could not have been nicer. The room and bathroom were both large and comfortable. The restaurant had great food and the bar was fun. In Mexico they seem to like things a bit warmer than we do in the states, so don't expect your room to be extra cold. Would come back again.
I recently went to this hotel for a night and all I have to say is amazing from the front desk staff which I didn't catch his name but he was professional and made me feel at home and overall environment was clean and couldn't ask for more the room was amazing I will recommend and will continue to stay here when I visit family in Juarez , gracias por todo .
We went to a Christmas party at the hotel and decided to get a room there for the night. Parking is convenient and guarded. The lobby is nice with a quick check in, and there are two restaurants. The ballroom was also nice and worked very well for the party. As for the rooms, they were great. Our room was very clean, and we had an amazing view of the city. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it.
Conveniently located, near the airport and easy to get around Juarez industrial and business parks, overall clean and well maintained, service is below average. Breakfast is not good, very limited menu, it should have been included in the room rate but it wasn't after all, service at the restaurant also not so good.
I stay here on a regular basis and unfortunately it just gets worse and worse. The wake up call is never on time, it's not worth trying trust me, I asked for a 0400am call and got it at 0330am, being a little bit annoyed about the whole thing I decided to give it another chance and asked for it to be at 0400am only to be woken up at 0430am. You can guess where this is heading. Reading light is coming off the wall as well as the sockets in the room, no hair dryer and the towel rack is also coming off the wall making it impossible to leave your towel within easy reach from the shower. Food in expensive and tasteless, i don't think it's worth eating in. There are few restaurants nearby that are much better. Sheets are still used instead of duvet, something personally I'm not comfortable with. Fotos attached.
The hotel could use a remodel soon on the rooms. The lobby looks actually really nice. I don't know why other people complain about the staff when they treated me and my wife the best. If you stay in one of the top floor the view from there it's quite stunning.
