Absolutely gorgeous hotel with beautiful views of the city!!! Everything was great!!!!! The hotel provides shuttle service to the consulate. The consulate is a 15 minute walk on a safe paved sidewalk and a 10 minute walk to the mall. Around the corner is S-mart, and a small shopping center that includes a drug store, pizza, resturant, and a few others. I didn't have the breakfast but I did have dinner there. The dinner was mostly American inspired food. I wanted mexican food, which the hotel next door, Krystal Urban , provides excellent options. The hotel has a gated entry and was safe! The gym had dumbbells which was about the only great thing since the machines weren't all that sturdy / Safe. There was clean towels and bottled water available for my workouts. I wish I was able to afford my two week trip here!! It was that great!!!

Room looked dirty. Pillows smelled like grease hair. Carpet smelled like cheap bus station restrooms deodorant. Furniture smelled like cleaned with a smelly towel, and bed cover looked dirty.

Went for a wedding and reception. Rooms were surprisingly cleanly. Staff were kind and friendly, but not always helpful. Parking lot and thus Hotel had tight security and felt very safe for those concerned with staying in Juarez with a car.

Very nice, safe, comfortable hotel. Staff aims to please. I was skeptical after reading the reviews including Trip Adviser...Don't believe them...Try this hotel. Great value!!!

the room is ok and the hotel is clean and pretty, but the food is bad. The restaurant is not recommended.

Nice hotel and good price! Good overall value! I recommend it.

very clean and frendly i love it

The Camino Real was very comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed the mountain view from the large window. It felt more like a vacation than business. The pool could have been a little cleaner and the water was too cold to swim in. The pool is the only complaint that I have, everything eles was top-notch. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Eating at the hotel was a very nice dining experience.

Upon arrival the room was not available and we were told to wait. The pool facility had no chairs or furniature. There were very few staff working the first day of our stay. Access to the hotel was difficult.

Very nice hotel. I was very disappointed that the spa was not heated during my stay.
