Since you are in Ciudad Juarez you will not find lot many good hotels. However this property is very dated. The staff is completely inexperienced. The food quality is very bad. Some basic things such as coffee is not provided in the room everything has to be ordered from the restaurant. The staff does not understand english properly you will have a tough time if you dont speak spanish. Considering the price of the rooms it is not value for money at all. Rooms are very basic does not even have proper lighting. Look for other options if you are visitng Ciudad Juarez. The only plus point, it is located near to the airport.
I stayed here for work for 4 nights and 5 days. Decorations are relatively new and nice. Check-in was quick. Room was comfortable and furniture looked modern and clean. The carpet was a little bit stained (bathroom entrance area). Bed was comfy and also the pillows. Here I would like to suggest if they can use bigger pillows and an assortment of hard and soft ones, that would have been much better. Bathroom was spacious and practical. The one thing that bothered me was that the shower head was already too clogged and pressure was very low. Apart from that everything was very good with the room. Breakfast was included in my rate and was very fresh and tasty. They cook your eggs to order. I always choose a high floor and away from elevator, in that way you don't get noise from the street or from other guests coming in and out from the elevator. Check-out was again very quick. I scheduled a shuttle service to the airport and it was a little bit late (5 to 10 minutes). It didn't interfere with my check-in at the airport or the the departure of my flight. I will stay again here if I'm again in Juárez.
I do not recommend this hotel at all, service is terrible, the hotel by itself is clean but nothing else, service people are rude, and even it is cheap you can get another good deals and better hotels in Juarez!
My fiance and I stayed for a week because the hotel was close to the American Consulate. We found out that the breakfast (not free) was excellent as was the room service. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Ample parking, free automatic wi-fi, rooms are large/clean/well kept, smallish refridgerator, lock box in room for valuables. Room standard price is moderate/high but the online deals make this a no brainer.
I recently stayed at this hotel for business. The outside was well kept. The inside lobby, restaurant and lounge were also very nice. The rooms were somewhat worn. I didn't have hot water for my shower which was disappointing but got me really ready for the day. The breakfast was included and very good. The cleanliness was very good. I probably would try to stay at a better known chain next time.
The location is near to important areas. The restaurant is good, also the bar. The rooms very confortables and i love tje shower is a really nice and a lot of pressure to the water. The swimming pool is nice and always and clean. General is a great hotel for vacation or bussines.
My husband and I were attending a wedding in Juarez and the Real Inn was the host hotel. The location was great because you could walk to the mail and park. The property was nice and the staff could not have been nicer. The room and bathroom were both large and comfortable. The restaurant had great food and the bar was fun. In Mexico they seem to like things a bit warmer than we do in the states, so don't expect your room to be extra cold. Would come back again.
I recently went to this hotel for a night and all I have to say is amazing from the front desk staff which I didn't catch his name but he was professional and made me feel at home and overall environment was clean and couldn't ask for more the room was amazing I will recommend and will continue to stay here when I visit family in Juarez , gracias por todo .
We went to a Christmas party at the hotel and decided to get a room there for the night. Parking is convenient and guarded. The lobby is nice with a quick check in, and there are two restaurants. The ballroom was also nice and worked very well for the party. As for the rooms, they were great. Our room was very clean, and we had an amazing view of the city. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it.
Conveniently located, near the airport and easy to get around Juarez industrial and business parks, overall clean and well maintained, service is below average. Breakfast is not good, very limited menu, it should have been included in the room rate but it wasn't after all, service at the restaurant also not so good.
