The whole entire time I was there they did not clean my room if I needed my room to be clean, I need to pay extra As well if I need a towels or toilet paper, I need to come down to the lobby with the brown and roll to show them that is over so I can get a new one for my towels. I needed to calm down with the dirty towels and Lean So I can get fresh clean linen or towels very inconvenience
Great hotel, stayed here for 1 week, cleaning lady (Selene) was very attentive and helpful, as well as front desk. Would recommend any one to stay here. Also only a 5-8 min walk from mall :)

Great place to stay. I don’t think any hotels have the facilities this hotel offers u. Only complain was the shower water pressure and the smell that would come from the drain. Other than that it’s the best place in the area.
The room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly.
Children were running down the hall and they wouldn’t let me rest. Nothing was done to correct the matter.
Everything was nice and clean. Friendly staff . Warm coffee every morning along with fresh Mexican bread.
Excellent place to stay. Budget friendly, excellent staff and close to mall and consulate. Recommended to anyone going out there. Rooms also have a small stove ,fridge and microwave in case you want to cook.
I liked that they have refrigirators in the rooms, not only that, but they alsi have a sink and stove and cabinets. I have stayed at other places near by and are more expensive and don't have a mini-fridge much less a kitchen and those are more expensive. Only thing I didn't like was a strong smell of humidity probably because the rooms get very cold and the same air dtays thete for days, weeks, ir months... I went and got an air freshner to get rid of the smell.

We would like to take this opportunity to comment: our cleaning model consists of doing it on the seventh day of the stay, this is because the service provided is mainly focused on long stays and our Do It Yourself philosophy invites guests to feel at home by inviting guests to do activities like at home such as preparing their own food in their room and washing their clothes in the laundry area.Because of the above, there is no room service, it is for this reason that each guest must request the replacement of soap, shampoo and toilet paper at the reception, as well as the replacement of sheets and towels which must be previously delivered to the reception for replacement by clean ones.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to your Extended Suites home.
